Went in there to complete my passport and they were not helpful at all. Stapled the picture to the application right through my head so the picture was not excepted and had to send a new photo. Delayed the process a lot, waiting for my passport still.

The female manager(she says she is. She is white with fake eyebrows) there is a vomit. She is always unpleasant. No matter what day or time you go, her vibe is always the same: unfriendly and difficult. Ready to shoot her clients LOL.

After a bit of confusion about shipping with an express box, and a ground label, Andrea made it very easy to ship out a pre-paid return. No fault of Andrea, but I wish FedEx made this clear.

I arrived at this FedEx with 14 important business shipments, both US and international, that required packaging. I had printed labels, but not all pages. Andrea helped me organize my shipments and she ensured all documents required for the interventional shipments were printed. She was extremely professional and made me feel reassured my shipments would get to their destinations.

1/4/21 The manager told me that the covid pcr tests that I was shipping prepaid overnight should have been brought to a Fedex box, not the store "because it's a pandemic". I explained that the test provider's instructions explicitly stated that the packages could be delivered to any Fedex Express location. The manager proceeded with the transaction, but moved in an agitated and exasperated fashion, putting on gloves, having me affix label's they printed in store (my overnight labels were on the packages before arrival), having me place my packages in a large plastic bag, and pulling out a sanitizer wipe to clean the counter before I could walk away. Terrible customer service. My pcr tests were precautionary for and required for travel, bagged and boxed for shipping. There's no reason why a Fedex employee should belittle customers in store by treating them like they are diseased and unwelcome. Clearly the manager was providing the wrong information about where to bring my packages, as they took them.

If zero was an option then zero it would be. No one here is able to do anything to help find a package that FedEx insists was being delivered there. For days now I've been trying to get my last tire. I've called FedEx customer service and this office over and over with no help. I just get told "it's on the truck" but then nothing gets delivered. The lady at this facility just says she can't do anything and tells me to call customer service again. I'm sure this place will be closed down for poor service soon enough.

I was returning an order from Walmart.com using the FedEx located at the Plymouth store. I put the return item in a FedEx reusable envelope that I had from another shipment I had received. I was told that they couldn't use that envelope because it was for express shipments and returns are ground delivered. So he put it in another plastic envelope and wanted to charge me $3.14 for it. I refused to pay it because that seemed to be an internal Fedex issue. He said he'd have to pay out of his pocket. I called the next day and spoke to a supervisor. He said FedEx is now putting on Express reusable labels that they cannot be reused for ground shipments. He also said it was inappropriate for the employee to try and shame me into paying. I said FedEx should have a way to override the charge in that situation so the employee wouldn't have to ..
