Great products but the way they make the employees act makes me never want to go there. Listening to their forced fake greetings every 60 seconds is annoying and having them direct people to registers slows down the entire line. Also there is way too much stuff by the registers that I don't see until I'm on the way out the door. The store is also not set up well to let you walk through thoughtlessly without having to backtrack. Since it opened I've loved coming here but often decide not too because there is too much hassle even though they have a lot of cool stuff and i usually end up spending more than i intended.

I’m not understanding why there is so many self check outs but you have to wait for an employee to come over and scan all your stuff. Every time. It takes forever and defeats the whole point of self checkout.

Love this store! Wish they had literally ANY android products ? But the store is clean, prices are reasonable, products are good quality and fairly unique, and the staff are always nice!

The candy selection is huge! Great deals all around, good for gifts and trying new things . Easy self checkout.

Huge store! Lots of stuff. Very well organized so it’s easy to find things. Only downside to me was having to do self check out. They only have one register where they check you out, and it’s not always open. It was a little awkward putting all of my stuff in my Big bag I brought and I wasn’t able to wrap up any of my mugs and glass items that I was buying. Not a huge deal but not ideal when you’re buying a lot of fragile things… which they have a lot of! I’m also not sure if they give bags if you don’t have your own, I know other mass locations, don’t. You have to pay per bag.

My kids love this place. It doesnt break the bank. Products are not of the greatest quality. I wouldn’t trust any electronics again. I had a paid of headphones in the box still start sizzling away. My dog started going nuts all i could smell in my house was burning plastic.

The store has so much merchandise packed into an area designed for half that volume.Im surprised they haven't lost a child yet. Five below is a no go! Don't waste your time or money.

Finally got to go to the Plymouth 5 Below. They are so clean, organized & friendly! I perused for a LONG time!!! Leann is who checked me out. She was so friendly and attentive. She knew a lot about the store & the products. She was very bubbly & sweet.
