I had Web root, which is one of the Geek Squad Virus protection Company acessed in my computer to get rid of viruses before they could download disk. In the middle of this procedure my power went down because the power cord fell away from the computer. For some reason it would not stay attached .I ran up to Geek Squad I did not have an appointment there and there was no one in back of me then. The \"help,\" was rude. Condescending belligerent and said I needed a new. computet. I asked him please to listen to me and he dismissed me again saying ,\" I heard you\" make an appt. Told me they dont make parts for my computer they have been out of ,Ma for 7 yrs. He never looked at me took the slip from person in back of me and walked away. I said \" so your dismissing me\" Didn't turn. Walked away. I found a great IT fellow in Plymouth took him 15 mins to open computer and pull out the pin that somehow was pushed in. $20.00 and no new computer. Also told me you can order parts if needed. So qeek squad lied. My IT man at my office told me stay away from geek squad. You bet I will. Oh I am going to speak with manager. If only he had been half way considerate . Goes to show you it's all in the way your spoken to

Drove miles to this place for urgent service, was late for my appointment being on unfamilar roads on a dark rainy night. They did not make an allowance for any of this, just kept me waiting for an hour then said that they woudn't be able to help me because of other appointments coming up which wasn't true, noone was around. I'm a disabled elderly women and felt frightened driving back home alone not knowing where l was going. l don't believe that l'll ever return.

Made an appointment to have a phone battery replaced and drove 35 minutes to get there to be told. \"I cant do it now\" Asked why, she said \"because I'm leaving now.\" I asked why and she said \"I don't have time now, leave it for a few days\". Its my work phone and my lifeline and I had an appointment. Worst Worst Worst! Fire her now !

Tried to charge me $150 dollars to repair my OS... Called up another store and they said they would do it for 60... Windows ten is $40... You could literally save $90 dollars doing it yourself, and all it is is putting a disk in your optical drive... ridiculous...

Went there today and the 2 guys there were super helpful and found problem with my computer in a few hours even though they told me it could take 2 days. Saved my life! Lol

took my computer to best buy 5 times and each time it returned to me (after a month) it was worse. At least they were friendly.

Do not go to any geek squad place they are awful and will take your money because they will charge you for things you don't need because you don't really understand it
