Josh and his team are the absolute best. I couldn’t have asked for a more easy or comfortable transaction with trading my car in and getting the new one of my dreams. It’s intimidating being young and doing something like this alone but Josh explained everything so thoroughly and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my car!!!

This Honda is a refreshing relief compared to two other dealerships I have tried to purchase a new hybrid from over the last few weeks. Initially, I was hesitant to make such a long trip out to Plymouth as there are a number of dealers found more local, but thanks to such an informative and polite phone call with the branch and such a positive and enthusiastic individual found in Eduardo, I can confidently say that this has been one of the most positive experiences I have had with car dealerships in my life by a long shot.Instead of rushing or pushing some urban gray SUV that had just arrived, Eduardo took the time to talk about options available and even let me check out upcoming arrivals. Over the course of my visit, I was able to confidently select the color, model, and attachments of my preference and was given the estimated time of arrival. I was genuinely impressed with how flawless this arrangement felt and I am still so happy with my choice!!Within just a week (arrived early too, but no promises for yours), the car had arrived and the process with the financing department went by without any stress at all (honestly surprised at that; the whole team here is so polite)! Following a thorough state inspection and registration, I was driving home with my brand new hybrid happy as can be, car blessed and everything.If you are looking for a reliable car and are willing to visit the beautiful town of Plymouth, I would strongly advise you to give this branch a chance and even ask for Eduardo (Edo). Genuinely such a positive experience and I am thankful for finding such online. 10/10

Shopped for a hybrid car for several weeks. Had some pretty bad experiences. Honda of Plymouth was a breath of fresh air. No hard sales tactics, competitive price and all around present experience. I just purchased a new 2024 CRV Hybrid for them. Will update my experience as I have a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty.

During my lease buy-off, I had a great experience with general sales manager Jason, and someone in service (I think named Matthew). When I first entered though, I was spoken to by someone who didn’t introduce himself or tell me what his job was. I later found out this was Eduardo (Edo). This man HOUNDED me about trading in my leased vehicle. I very much want to keep the one I have for personal reasons, and I work with middle schoolers so I can be patient and firm for as long as necessary. I came in knowing that there is a great need for used cars, so I expected *some* pushback. This man came back to me on 3 separate occasions while I waited for Jason, and ignored my 5 “no thank you, I want to keep my car”s, to the point where he said “I’m going to explain it to you again, because I don’t think you understand.” You think I don’t understand… a trade in? Basic math? This was the most pushy, condescending experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. A nice older woman came up to me afterward from a nearby table saying how shocked she was at his pushiness. Usually I bring my dad with me to help avoid the misogyny, but he wasn’t available today. I’ll come back for other folks, but will avoid Eduardo like the plague.

Personally had horrible experience. I'm giving two stars just because Eduardo salesman, who seems like a good person and sale manager who was not rude and he was apologetic.This dealership was very promising at the beginning as they were upfront with pricing and we agreed on price for the used Mazda that they had on the lot. I had an offer from other dealership that was for the same price, but this was closer to my house and in same state so I decided to proceed with them.I spoke to Emily who ensured me that the they will honor the price we agreed on and we scheduled the meeting next day. Due to issues that I had in the morning with my bank, I was going to be slightly late but I called to let them know 1hr before arrival and asked if the car is still available. They confirmed that it is.I drove hour and a half and when I arrived, I saw the car on the lot. Eduardo immediately approached my wife and me and went to bring the car so we can test drive it. We waited for him inside the dealership. After he got the keys and brought the car which took 5-8minutes, we met outside. My wife and me sat in the car waiting for him to go get the plates so we can take it for the ride.He came back with another salesman which name I forgot. He comes out and with smile (???) tells me that I can't do the test drive because he just sold the car to somebody over the phone and they put the deposit. I thought that he was joking because I did not find anything funny. He was actually serious.From everything that happened later, my guess is that other sales person made a call when he saw Eduardo going to get the car for us. Guy that bought the car was there the day before, and I'm pretty sure other salesman contacted him im between to push for sale.They tried to offer me some other cars which were nothing compared to Mazda we agreed on. For things to be worse, Mazda from other dealership also sold and now this will cost me another week of rental and misery of trying to find a good vehicle. I'm a first time buyer and new to USA.They could have informed me that I can put deposit on the car when I called them to check if vehicle was still there and I would have gladly done it.

I had a cut in my tire and it was on right front needed to be towed in. I called and spoke to Christine in the bdc she was amazing and understood my son was getting married she jumped thru hoops to get me to service. I then spoke to Chris in parts who assured me he has tire and then Steve in service closed the deal. They went above and beyond for me I can not be grateful enough. The service I received was above and beyond another Thank you!

I had a wipers issue while it was raining. I stopped at Honda of Plymouth and I received a great service from Dennis Sullivan even if I was driving a Toyota and I was not from that area. Thanks a lot for your help and support, greatly appreciated!

Had a great experience looking at vehicles at the Tufankjian Honda today. Kayla was very friendly, and explained everything very throughly to me regarding the pricing differences & every vehicles’ pros and cons. They were not pushy or pressuring at all when it came to making a decision, unlike most other dealers. Whether or not I decide to purchase from here I will always recommend this place to people looking for new cars:)

Eduardo helped us purchase a 2024 Honda CR-V EX. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked for us to get the needed price. This is our 4th vehicle purchased from him. I highly recommend him and the dealership for either a lease or purchase.

Liars!! I called before I went in to the dealership to check if the car I looked at on their website was still available and they told me it was. I schduled a test drive and I went in. When I got there they led me outside to the lot and gave me the keys of a different car (I asked for a 2021 model but theu gave me a 2020). Then the guy casually told me the car I came in to test drive was actually SOLD!! It took me over 2 hours to get to Plymouth and they didn't even tell me the car was sold when I got there. They straight up wanted to force me to buy a 2020 model because thats all they have. The sales person and the manager were both very rude and they didn't even apologize for what they've done. Oh and the 2020 model was 2k more than the 2021 model. Overall, I don't reccomend go to Cambridge Honda, more car options and better service.

Eduardo was friendly and helpful. He showed us a few used Honda Pilots and gave us a very fair offer on the one we wanted. No high pressure sales tactics at this location. Great experience!
