The staff at this store are some of the best in the world. I had an issue with a web return and everyone I spoke to went above and beyond to help sort it out! Customer service is alive and well at the Michaels in Plymouth Mass!!

I like strolling around in Michael’s you never know what you can find . Felt like the prices went up after the China tariff in place.
