Staff was nice and helpful but the Minute Clinic is no longer there. Next closest Minute Clinic was Carver location. ConvenientMD is a couple doors down though.

If I could give this pharmacy less than 1 star, I would. Don’t go here. I showed up with a 102 fever feeling absolutely horrible, and they would not honor an appointment I had made the day before, and even received an appointment reminder email 1 hour before the appointment time. These people are not reliable. Don’t waste your time here. Go to urgent care instead. Such a joke.

My daughter had a 3:00 o'clock appointment and we were two and a half minutes late. We hit a lot of traffic racing up on a summer Saturday from the Cape ! Once we got there we were not able to check in on the computer ?So we just stood and waited for the person to open the door , once she opened the door at 3:08 she called in the 3:10 appointment ? I kindly said excuse me we have a 3:00 appointment and we just need you to please check my daughters arm for the TB shot she got and it is time sensitive ,we changed our whole day schedule to get this looked at and it literally takes one second to do! All she had to say was I called you and you need to make a new appointment and closed the door in our face! My daughter didn't pick up the phone because she was running into the store !!! I guess the bottom line is yes we were late but REALLY !WOW

Wait time constantly changes so you end up waiting HOURS when initially it did not say that long. If you do manage to wait hours for your appointment the computer deletes people’s names off the waitlist.
The nurse is incredibly rude and i will never go back. I would give them negative stars if i could. Change you name to the hour+ clinic. Terrible service!

Great NP was very thorough and concerned went in for a severe migraine. She spent a great deal of time with me and tried getting a hold of my neurologist. I love going here for my concerns and always satisfied. The NP is Dr. Ezzo.

Avoid this minute clinic and NP Janet Lincoln at all cost. She should not be seeing patients. She Needs to find a job where she doesn't interact with the public. My wife and I made appointments to receive TDP vaccinations. We have a baby on the way and it's important that my wife receives the vaccination so the baby can get "acquired immunity" in utero. In order to make an appointment online you have to click on one of the many options provided so the clinic has an idea what's coming in. Whether the patient has an illness, injury, or needs a vaccination, etc. Especially with concerns of recieving COVID-19 patients. When we arrived at the minute clinic kiosk to log in, there was a sign stating the system was down, therefore we were unable to log on, notifying the NP we were waiting. There were no signs directing us what to do. We asked a cvs employee if the clinic was staffed? He stated yes, there have been no patients, and to knock on the door. I knocked on the door and informed the NP we have appointments to get TDP vaccinations, the kiosk was not working, and we were unable to sign in. She replies yelling with an attitude through the door, "AAA YA IT'S NOT". It caught me by surprise how rude she was. I then tried to explain to her that there were no signs directing us what to do, but she just cut me off and yelled right over me saying, "YOU NEED TO WAIT IN YOUR CAR". I then tried to ask if she would call us on our phones, she yelled again, "GO WAIT IN YOUR CAR". I look at my wife in shock and walked out the store. We waited in our car not knowing what step was next. We had no clue whether she would be calling us on our cellphones, or if she was going to roam around the parking lot knocking on car windows in attempt to find her patients. We waited outside for 45 minutes while the NP sat in her office alone. So unhappy by the way we were treated and the fact we were made to wait so long we left. Shortly after returning home the NP called my wife. She stated she needed to get demographics from her over the phone before being allowed in to the clinic. My wife said she left because it was 45 mins past her appointment, she gave no clear direction how she would be getting in contact with us, and on top of everything she was extremely rude and unprofessional during their interaction. She stated that she was wearing a mask and a respirator (how is it possible to wear both) when we knocked on the door, and she is seeing a lot of sick patients. My wife then asked for the NP's name or license number. The NP paused for a second and then hung up the phone. Absolutely unbelievable. We had to call the pharmacy to get her name. Janet Lincoln, you should be ashamed and embarrased of yourself. Who acts like that. Especially in a profession where your helping and caring for people. You are expected to have a good bed side manner. My wife and I are both in the medical field. I'm a paramedic and my wife is an EMT. It's a stressful time for all of us during the COVID-19 pandemic, but it's no excuse to be rude to your patients. During times like these it's the medical professional's responsibility to be the calm and act like their in control of the situation. It's the patients who should be nervous and freaking out. This is not the only negative review related to janet on this yelp page and the CVS pharmacy yelp page. We are complaining officially through the proper channels. This does not end at this yelp review.

Awful experience. Sat there for an hour and a half and was not helped. Yet, 3 people that got there after me were helped. When I called to get a refund it goes to an automated message.

I was never informed that I would have to pay out of pocket for the first Shingrix injection I had on 9/18. I wrote to cooperate Minuteclinic disputing this charge and never received a response from them. When I called their office they claimed they never received my letter. I find it puzzling that my second injection was covered by insurance and then months later I received a bill for the first injection which wasn't covered. I,m disappointed by the poor communication and lack of response from the clinic. I regrettably paid my bill but I will never seek the services of this clinic again.

I signed in for the minute clinic, the computer informed me the wait would be 45 minutes. I sat down, and began patiently waiting. 15 minutes later an employee walked out and said "oh" as if she had no idea I was there. "We're running late, I'm going on lunch break and won't be back for another hour." I then informed her that I had been waiting already for some time, and she turned away and continued to walk out of the building. I have never experienced such poor communication and concern from somewhere that is made for helping people.

Make sure you count your pills before leaving!!!! 3 trips there to pick up ADD medication, finally "ready" 24 hours later, and they only give me half the number of pills. NOT the first time this has happened, either. If you've ever had to jump through the hoops required of righting a wrong when it comes to filling a controlled medication, you know that going through that over the dishonest, disorganized pharmacy techs at CVS is NOT worth it. Not to mention, several months back they changed my generic without asking. After 3 phone calls to inquire about ingredients as I have allergies to medications, still waiting on the call back, it's been about 6 months. And this is a medication that is clearly labeled not to discount abruptly. They are lucky I didn't have a severe reaction. Disgusted at the level of "customer service". Unacceptable.
