My room was meticulously kept, very clean and comfortable with a beautiful fireplace. I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay with full use of the sauna, heated whirlpool and the foot soak. On the morning of my last day, my breakfast was served. I took it outside to eat on the patio outside my room. How sweet it was to hear the birds chirping and the bubbling waterfall. Then I got ready for my Tai Chi class before checking out. How sad it was to leave ?.

Best spa you'll ever go to. Service was above and beyond. Everyone was so nice. Rooms were very warm and welcoming. Ours even had a fireplace. The spa is also amazing with a quiet room, meditation room, and hot tub with bar to relax all day if you want. Last but not least, the food at the Bistro was top notch and the bartenders know how to make their drinks. A must go if you get a chance.

The amenities and spa itself were wonderful and very relaxing. I booked a facial here and my masseuse barely even spoke to me. It felt like she didn’t want to be there. My facial was just her slabbing product on my face not even rubbing it in or anything and taking it off. It just wasn’t the facial I expected for how much money I spent. My friend had a facial and her masseuse seemed to take time rubbing in the product and educating her on products she could use for her face. They also take it upon themselves to take 20% tip from your credit card on file. I really wished I enjoyed my facial because the amenities were good but I can say I probably wouldn’t return here. Not worth the outrageous price.

Be careful, they will enter your room and go thru your personal belongings, even if you put the "Do not disturb" on the outside handle of the door. We know. Sadly their ignorance and arrogance shines on. How about a "sorry for what happened?" Or "We would like to talk about what happened." Nope...just deny and keep denying. Sadly the owner does not want to ask dissatisfied patrons about their experiences. The owner would rather deny any issues and keep denying.

After receiving many comments on a TikTok asking for local spa recommendations, it was clear that a local favorite is that at Mirbeau Inn. So of course I had to book a service and see what everyone was talking about!
I'd like to preface that I booked a 4:00pm service on a Wednesday afternoon.
As the website requested, I did not arrive to the spa until an hour before my service and was immediately met by a line of at least 10 other guests waiting to be checked in. I am unsure if it was just unusually busy or this is typical but I was a bit offput by having to wait 20 minutes to be checked in for my service.
Upon being checked in for my service, I was escorted into the locker room where a staff member showed me around and attempted to make me feel comfortable. When she looked at me and made an off handed comment about the robes usually being one size and needing to find me something that was larger, and even used a nice display of her hands showing a large size.
While I am a plus size woman, and having a larger robe is preferred, the gesture and comments were completely unnecessary. My money pays the same as the straight sized guests but I digress.
I spent a few minutes enjoying the relaxation room prior to my 100 minute massage, but I am unsure how much relaxing one could do. All of the guests were on their phones and were not quietly chatting amongst the people in their party.
My massage was fabulous. The provider was incredibly kind, welcoming and good at her job.
Following my massage I wanted to take full advantage of the aqua terrace that was available for the spa guests to enjoy. I was again a bit disappointed to see the space in disarray. The space could have used a bit more attention. Needing some tidying, a leaf blower, skimming of the hot tub and some round-up for all of the weeds within the tiles.
I did however really enjoy the relaxation space within the glass structure, probably my favorite area of the entire spa area.
Following my time in the spa I wanted to grab a drink and dessert within the restaurant at the inn. The spa staff said that I would be able to get a seat as were not a lot of guests this evening.
Because I was here alone I chose to sit at the bar. I waited for over 10 minutes to not even be greeted or waited on. The bartender was no where to be found.
After waiting for an extensive period of time, I decided to get up and leave the establishment. Leaving a bad taste in my mouth and a bit to be desired as far as customer service goes.
I do not mind spending money, and usually take experiences such as this as an opportunity to treat and reward myself. However, do I think that $336 was worth the experience that I had...? No.
I wouldn't be rushing to go back or recommend this spa to anyone anytime soon.

We had a wonderful girls trip for a special “cancerversary”. This was a perfect way to celebrate good health. We all enjoyed our experience from the time at the spa , food, service, and atmosphere. Will definitely recommend for others to come and visit.

Review: Mirbeau Inn and Spa, Bistro Bar
Nestled within the serene charm of the Mirbeau Inn and Spa, the Bistro Bar is a hidden gem that transports you to an era of timeless sophistication. The ambiance is reminiscent of the golden days of Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack, where every detail exudes class and style.
At the heart of this enchanting setting are the exceptionally talented Master Bartender, Cory, and his refined sidekick, Jill. Together, they create a cocktail experience that is nothing short of extraordinary. Cory’s expertise and passion for mixology are evident in every drink he crafts, while Jill’s grace and poise enhance the overall experience, making each visit truly memorable.
Whether you’re savoring a classic martini or indulging in one of Cory’s innovative concoctions, (mine is the Old Fashion), the experience is elevated by their impeccable service and warm hospitality. Jill’s refined touch perfectly complements Cory’s artistry, ensuring that every cocktail is a masterpiece.
The Bistro Bar at Mirbeau Inn and Spa is not just a place to enjoy a drink; it’s a journey back in time to an era of elegance and style, made unforgettable by the dynamic duo of Cory and Jill. For those seeking an extraordinary bar experience, the Bistro Bar at Mirbeau Inn and Spa is a must-visit destination. Cheers to unforgettable evenings and exceptional cocktails! ?✨

A great place for a single day, maybe two.
Be aware: Mirbeau is truly in the middle of nowhere. The closest building is an assisted living facility. There are "trails" from the inn sandwiched between golf holes. The bikes Mirbeau provides are "for display only" joked the spa desk staff. Wish they'd told us that before we attempted to take them for a ride! If you have no intention to leave the spa, then none of this should concern you.
The food and wine are excellent. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable as are the public lounging spaces. The garden, though small, is well maintained. The spa, especially the outdoor part, is top notch. I don't normally like live music, but the guys they hire to play at dinner are truly talented.
Aside from the Spa and dining there really isn't anything else to do at Mirbeau and that might very well be all you need for a short, pampered break from the real world. Enjoy.

Mirbeau exceeded all of our high expectations! My daughter had her wedding there two weeks ago. It was Fabulous. We live more that 370 miles away and booked it site unseen. Crazy? Maybe, but my daughter and her fiancee did visit for the tasting and loved it. The pictures on the website are exactly how it looked at the end of July. Gorgeous flowers, green grass just beautiful. Everyone that we worked with was extremely helpful and friendly. The appetizers and the main meal were delicious. The rooms were big and beautiful, luxurious. The spa was great as many of our wedding guests booked massages as well as the bride! It is a Magical resort and just perfect for a gorgeous wedding. Patty the G.M. and Suzanne the Sales Manager were both terrific. Extremely helpful and accommodating. We would do it all over again in a second, and I wish that we could!
