Pet Supplies Plus Plymouth
133 Samoset St, PlymouthShout out to Devin, one of the kindest and most helpful team members I’ve ever encountered at any store, ever! I regularly shop at the Pet Supplies Plus in Plymouth to get crickets for my spotted leopard gecko and all the staff there are always so kind, personable, and ready to help. On a recent visit, Devin helped me get crickets and we got to talking about my lizard and how she’s 26 years old and I have to feed her crickets with tongs now because she can’t see very well. Devin is not only an absolute joy to talk with, but also a very knowledgeable and compassionate person who had lots of great ideas to share with how I could help my gecko live her best life. I was moved by the sincerity of this exceptional interaction and mentioned it to the team members at the register and they all enthusiastically agreed that Devin is, indeed, an exceptional individual!

Pilgrim Animal Hospital
72 Samoset St, PlymouthDr. Murphy and the hospital staff are fantastic. Unfortunately, had to put our first family dog down after almost 14 years and the team could not have been any more professional and compassionate during a really difficult time for us.
The year before, we thought it might be time for our dog, however Dr. Murphy talked through different options that were humane and financial realistic for an older dog. Some
Medicine and a change in diet gave us the good fortune to keep her around comfortably for another year.
Can not say enough good things about this practice.

VCA Plymouth Animal Hospital and Pet Resort
100 Industrial Park Rd, PlymouthOur 4 year old schnauzer needed extensive dental work (despite yearly dental cleanings performed out-of-state). I was very nervous because in the past, our dog has cried for days post-procedure. Our experience at VCA is the first time that hasn't happened. Yes, it was expensive, but it was more comprehensive than previous care we have received. I am very impressed with Dr. Dickey and team and am grateful for their level of care and care they had for our doggy.

1620 Wine Bar
170 Water St, PlymouthStopped into Sip 1620 with some friends and had an excellent time. The vibe was welcoming, and the drinks (Allagash Whites for me) were perfect. What really stood out, though, was the service.
Our waitress, Sarah, was outstanding — very easy to communicate with, attentive without ever feeling overbearing, and genuinely made the evening more enjoyable. She kept everything running smoothly, and when she surprised the table with a bottle of wine for a birthday, it felt like such a thoughtful touch — the perfect cherry on top of an already great experience.
Overall, fantastic service, great drinks, and a spot I’ll absolutely be coming back to.

Anna's Harborside Grille
145 Water St, PlymouthI had eaten at Anna's years ago for lunch in the summer and it was fine. I decided to give it another visit when looking for a nice Christmas Eve dinner with my family. I had heard good things, I had expected good things, but it even exceeded those expectations. The dining room was smaller than I expected but very classy/elegant and comfortable. Our service was outstanding... attentive, friendly, and just the right amount of humor mixed in. My daughter and I ordered the gyros while my parents enjoyed a chicken and a seafood Santorini and all four of us couldn't say enough about the food quality and impressive flavor... not to mention the portions. It is a bit pricey for sure, but you are fed well for what you are paying. My family had actually taken a long vacation in Greece a few years back and loved the food over there. Finding the same quality Greek cuisine back home has been an almost impossible task... but Anna's has been the best yet. Was it exactly like the gyro, or calamari, I enjoyed in Athens, Santorini, and Mykonos? No. But it was close enough to put a big smile on my face, fill my belly, and remind me of the Greek food I loved overseas. I will absolutely look forward to visiting Anna's again soon.
