I have been going to this branch ONLY because of convenience, and just closed my account.The people who work there once in a while will look up and make eye contact while you wait- but most don’t and turn away. Countless times. The branch manager is helpful and understanding.When I closed up my account today- the guy doesn’t even count out my money and hand it to me… places it on the counter??Goodbye to the unfriendly branch

I have no idea how to leave a review for the customer service center but the number that I call comes up as Plymouth so I'm leaving a review here. I have had excellent experiences at both the Bridgewater and Wareham branches. I do not want to ascribe negativity to either location. I am very disappointed in the fact that my debit card expires in 13 days, and I have not seen hide or hair of it period. I have made multiple phone calls inquiring as to where my card is only to be met with just wait longer/should have it soon, wait a few weeks more. The issue with that is it seemed that nobody could pull my account up and track my card. I called today and spoke to a rep who by the way is the first rep to actually ask for my account information. She then was able to tell me that they can in fact see cards both active and inactive attached to my account and that she did not see that a new card was ever sent. This was my fourth call. So I wasted three prior phone calls when I could have just been sent a new card this whole time, forcing me to charge things to my credit card as the expiration date gets closer my card is being declined and I have received a barage of expiry notifications from websites where I auto pay from. This is completely unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed in Rockland trust they are better than this. Now I have to get a whole new card with a whole new number and have to go into the dozens of websites where my card is saved and update the number as well as the security code and expiration date. Which I should not have to do. I'm so agog at this experience that I am very close to moving my money to a different bank.

Don’t bother call that phone number stated in reviewsbecause they won’t pick up the phone anyway or return e- mails.

I used to recommend this place to friends and family but over the last several years they’ve become a nightmare to deal with. Rude and unhelpful at all levels I would stay away!!

This is nearly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to get information on small business payment management options. They said someone would call me back. A day or so later, someone did but I was unavailable. Since then, I have been trying to reach someone just to get basic information on what they offer. When I call the phone number the person left, it goes directly to voicemail and I'm told to email for immediate assistance. I received an auto-reply to the email with a phone number for the business office. I call that number and have been on the phone for over 26 minutes. The woman I'm speaking to says "they have so many products" but no one to tell me about them. She wants me to provide them a date and time to call me back. I'm the customer; as the business you should be available, during your stated business hours, at my convenience no yours. After a week of trying to get information on your payment management systems, I no longer want to be a customer.
