Prices are extremely high, I see many damaged items for more than they’d go for new and then the employees standing around while everyone checks out their own items at self checkout.

Went in there this weekend looking for a nice dress. Noticed a beautiful red dress, but there is no fitting rooms available to see if it would work out. Very disappointing as there are also no returns after purchases.

I got my cart stolen in 30 minutes. One employee seemed to care a lot but the manager said he wouldn't check the cameras for a couple shirts even though I knew where my stuff was. No effort was made to identify the individual and take preventative action. This experience makes me never want to step into a savers again.

Doesn’t wash their clothes before selling them so they ended up spreading bedbugs in my house with a newborn and toddler. Will be taking legal action

This place is labor work at it's finest , plus they treat employees horribly. They will fire someone for a customer's kind gesture of purchasing an item as a gift for them. I hate that I ever worked there. I was very sick at the time and dealing with mental health issues. They did not treat me fairly. and then unjustly fired me just to get rid of me. Making my life worse than it already was at the time. I dont suggest working here to anyone

It's hit or miss and often overpriced, but I've found some nice pieces, especially in the bedding and comforter sections. I go early on Tuesdays when everything is 30% off for seniors (it's mobbed and picked over if you go in the afternoon on Tuesdays), which brings prices more in line with what items are really worth. I've also had luck with special clothing needed for a funeral, for example, things I'll wear only once and can donate or consign elsewhere when I'm done with them. It's also nice to bring the grandkids for a shopping spree, I tell them they can buy anything they want up to $X, they love the toy and knick-knack departments.

this store on 5/23/23 illegally forced a mother breastfeeding to cover herself by throwing a blanket on her and her nursing child. Massachusetts Law Section 221. (a) A mother may breastfeed her child in any public place or establishment or place which is open to and accepts or solicits the patronage of the general public and where the mother and her child may otherwise lawfully be present.(b) Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the act of a mother breastfeeding her child, and any exposure of a breast incidental thereto that is solely for the purpose of nursing such child, shall not be considered lewd, indecent, immoral, or unlawful conduct.(c) No person or entity, including a governmental entity, shall, with the intent to violate a mother's right under subsection (a), restrict, harass or penalize a mother who is breastfeeding her child.(d) The attorney general may bring a civil action for equitable relief to restrain or prevent a violation of subsection (c).(e) A civil action may be brought under this section by a mother subjected to a violation of subsection (c). In any such action, the court may: (i) award actual damages in an amount not to exceed $500; (ii) enter an order to restrain such unlawful conduct; and (iii) award reasonable attorney fees.(f) A place of religious instruction or worship shall not be subject to this section.

Plenty of parking in the large lot. Drive-up donation line tends to get busy. The store has a large selection & some good finds! It is usually hit or miss so be sure to go back a few times.

I come here a lot with my fiancé and enjoy a lot of the things you can find here and and the prices are great here. But the ladies bathroom here is disgusting it smells horrible and their is toilet paper every where and it's always like this everytime I come here and the trash cans are never emptied the workers need to clean the ladies room before someone complains about the ladies room or someone gets the health department involved

Used to be an awesome place to search for treasures, but the place has gone downhill recently. No more dressing rooms (but still no returns) and prices have skyrocketed. Everything here is donated and some of it is pretty trashed, so it baffles me that they are charging more money than what the things cost when they were new. You're more likely to find better deals at TJMaxx and the Christmas Tree Store than here at Savers these days.

Great choices of Everything, this is a recycling store from people's donations. The store is huge but nicely set up. Housewares, decorations, men's clothing, small electronics and furniture toward the left when you enter. Plenty of carts(clean), they take plastic and cash, most of the registers are self serve, they gave out coupons ,Everything is marked(how refreshing), middle is women's & children clothing, far right is Christmas clothing and more decorations, Footwear for women &children, jewelry handbags, toys leading into the electronics & men's Footwear. You can either drop off donations inside or drive up to do it. They also had a nice selection of blankets & curtains, dvds&vhs, audio books. This was my first time here, but it's next to a store called "Ollie's "[like an old building 19,if your old enough to remember those] :) I will definitely be back! Prices are very reasonable. Highly Recommended.
