Terrible customer service! When in there yesterday to purchase a phone. I was looking at one, and it came off of the display handle, and the alarm started sounding. A female employee came over and was very rude. She fixed the alarm but took the phone away that I was looking at and put it behind the counter, not even asking me if I wanted to look at it( why would I be handling it in the first place???)! Very long disorganized lines. Went to Kingston T mobile store where there was excellent customer service and got the phone I wanted ( no lines either). Second rude experience at the Long Pond location. My family and I will never go there again!

I prefer to give positive reviews but the man who waited on me this past week was patronizing and spoke to me like I was a silly child when I brought up the issue with him. The issue was how if you sign up for a family plan they don't (and no carrier does) tell you that the person heading the plan legally owns every phone number in the plan. Seems like important information to know before stepping into this type of contract for the first time. So, if there are any personal issues which arise with the person at the head of your family plan (family politics, power plays, divorce, break up) they can refuse to release your number. I was told that this was "common knowledge " and it's not TMobile's fault that there are personal issues arising from their legally binding contract. I agree, that it's not their fault but it is a common issue that arises inside of family plans. I know I'm not the only one. And I don't believe that it's common knowledge that people understand that the person heading the family plan legally owns every phone number inside of that family plan and you can't leave the family plan unless they choose to release you. I've had friends and colleagues get caught in this issue when going through a divorce or a break up. So I had requested of this TMobile employee that it would be helpful if they more clearly let people know that information when signing up for a family plan, and I was told that that was "not gonna happen". Zero compassion or understanding. I will not be back.

just had a great experience at the plymouth store. came from kingston where the attitude of employees drove me out of their location, came right here and was well taken care of. got everything on my account fixed that we have been trying to have fixed for years. hannah was extremely helpful with getting us all fixed up. can’t say enough good things about this location. will definitely be using this location now over kingston.

None of the 4 stores in the area will help you. They all act like you're bothering them by showing up in the building and making them do their job. It's pretty sad that absolutely nobody in the company cares about their customers.

Easily the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I myself am not good with technology so I went in today to ask some questions before moving forward with any purchase. First off you cant even find the entrance. I walked around to where the sign said to, yet this was the back door? Even though the T-Mobile sign was there. Once entering and apologizing for not knowing where to go a man stared at me in disgust and said “are you here for t mobile??” I said yes he said “ya okay”. I was the helped by another man who just raddled off answers, while tying his shoe and not even acknowledging my concerns and need of help. I then had to follow up on my questions because I couldn’t follow what he was saying. He didn’t pull up my account and actually help me other than just telling me to pay $1,100 for the newest iPhone which I didn’t need nor want. I left out of frustration and then went to the wareham T-Mobile in the wareham crossing probably only a 25 ish minute drive and I was actually heading there anyways. I walked in, was greeted and was throughly helped by Eli. Which then 10 minutes later after all of my questions were answered and he didn’t try to get me to buy something I didn’t want, I walked away with a new iPhone 13, along with getting $400 off.Thank you to the wareham crew and it was certainly known of how this Plymouth store opporates.. I will never give my business to poor customer service.I highly recommend the wareham t mobile as every employee was thoughtful and caring to not only myself but other customers around me!

Pretty much tells me I’m good to come in grab a new phone and when I show up take all my information and then tells me I have to pay 365 for my broken phone so now I’m stuck with a half broken phone and wasted 40 mins

Very friendly and helpful. Carry a few phones that are affordable $$-$ and loaded with just about all the essentials and a few bells and whistles. Selections are limited. Not as good as it used to be with better buys on inexpensive phones. They really don't have a lot to offer. All the phones require you use their systems so everything a new learning curve and less control. The phone maker runs you. Not happy with it at all. T mobile should have left well enough alone. Can't fault the staff they do their best. But, you're keeping the phone after 14 days and that's not equitable. It's all new software owned by the phone maker. Nickle and diming.

I left the nearby (Samoset St.) T-Mobile location after being condescended to by the manager of the Samoset store for the last time (of several visits. I had literally spent 30+ hours there already and/or on the line with tech/service people. ie my patience was appropriately thin). Came in as a last ditch effort to this The Grove at Five T-Mobile location and met John and Lucas who literally saved the day. (I had literally been paying for TWO lines I wasn't using!) I now have working devices, no extra charges like before and I left feeling like I was treated kindly and without feeling utterly spent. Thank you John & Lucas and the Shops at Five T-Mobile store! I know where to come now for all my T-Mobile needs!
