“We had rented 2 storage units here when we were in between moves. Jonathan had showed us the facilities, the different storage units and had clarified lots of our queries given that it was our first time using this storage facility. We were very impressed by Jonathan's professionalism and the cleanliness of the entire place. Even though our units were located on the second level, the lift access right at the car parking area made them still very accessible. There are many small and larger carts at the car park area that are available for use to help move the heavy and bulky items. The storage facility is open all the time which made it convenient to time our moves even during the year end holiday season. Access to the storage site is by individual pin code which makes the facility safe. We were always able to find Jonathan at the office during office hours to help with any questions we had. He is truly one of the best people we have come across in the service industry. We will be happy to strongly recommend Stor U Self at Plymouth to anyone who's looking for storage facilities in the area. The rates are very highly competitive too!”

“So this is my whole uhaul eperience, it involves 3 uhaul locations: Gellars in manomet/plymouth helped me when i was stuck in a rut, but i still am angry at uhaul for their poor website reservations & customer support, my reservations (pickup & truck availability) were all screwed up! I originally made reservations with standard repair in plymouth. During the week, a lady from uhaul called me to modify reservation, from round trip to a one-way because of multiple days with a rental. What she did not inform me was that she changed the pickup location. There was also no email update confirming this either. She said that someone would call me the day before to confirm reservations...no call, no email!!! Went to standard repair to pick up rental...sorry, no reservation file! They didnt have a truck available at the time. So I went to gellars in manomet/plymouth and they helped me get a truck right away. They gave me a 20' truck for the same price as the 17' (15') truck, which i had reserved. Very nice of them to do to make up for the frustration and confusion that had been created, even though had nothing to do with them. Also, Barbara at Gellars was very kind and helpful on the phone I received a phone call that morning from a man who started yelling at me asking where i was. I had to ask him who he was and why he was calling me. He replied uhaul in kingston and that he was canceling my reservation because i was late. I continued to ask questions to try to figure out what was going on and he hung up on me.
