Terrible customer service by the assistant manager! Went there yesterday, he was very rude, when I questioned something he told me, his response was” I don’t care what you say, ma’am ,I’m the assistant manager,”! and then he walked away! I ended up by going to the Verizon store at Colony Place and they were wonderful!! Avoid shops at five Verizon at all cost!! Shame on Pablo the assistant manager!!

Sumeer was/is fantastic with changing over from AT&T to Verizon & also buying a new 15Pro Max phone. Am so happy & he is one heck of a guy. You should be so proud of him & his work ethics. He is certainly the very best I have ever had the pleasure & experience of working with.

While on vacation my phone broke. I went into Verizon thinking it would be a complete nightmare, then I met Pedro Alexander (Alex). I received top-tier customer service. Alex' professionalism, patience, knowledge, and attentiveness, all while being the sole employee in the store with more than 7 people waiting, combined with his overall jovial disposition made my trip to Verizon feel more like an impromptu party! Everyone from Alex to the customers, were so pleasant, and fun to spend time with. I sincerely hope Verizon knows how blessed they are to have an employee like Alex; we need more people like Alex in this world!

I just purchased my new Galaxy 24, from Sammy. It was a great customer experience. He answered all my questions and was very helpful and patient. As I verified all my.phone numbers, pictures and apps transferred successfully.

The worst customer service ever!, I purchased a new iPhone and I went in for them to review my new plan with me and I also needed help to put in my new case. They treated me so poorly and refused to help me with putting in my new cell phone case. I figure It why right away because I did not purchase my case directly from them and they didn’t make any money off of me. Or they probably racist cause I’m black. If you don’t buy accessories directly from they refused to help you because they did not make any profit from you. They have poor bad customer service. This world has turned into so much greed and no one has kind heart for anyone. They will not even help me out of courtesy to put a case out of the kindest of their heart even though I have Verizon services!!!! Never again will I go back to this location. The Verizon in East Bridgewater treated me with respect and way better and they were black people so they probably racist that’s all I can think off!!!

Be sure to ask for Sumeer when you go in. He is the District Manager (owner) and his customer service skills are excellent! He knows how to treat his customers and he knows everything there is to know about Verizon services and phones. He helped my daughter with a very difficult situation and we are so thankful!!

My husband and I went into this store to get him a new phone (he needed one) and Sumeer helped us out. This man needs a promotion! He helped me get back into my account (I was locked out for a bit.) He helped my husband get a new phone and with the promotion that they had he ended up with a new smart watch. He updated our plan and he gave us a 30day trial for their internet, which I'm pretty sure we're going to keep. This man was over here trying to save us as much money as he could while still giving us all that we wanted and more. He is truly a hero!! Best service I've ever had at any verizon ever!! Thank you!!

Verizon should be ashamed to have can represent him. I went home and later found out he added so many extra things to my plan. I am very turned off and feel as though I was ripped off by a salesmen: Luckily the company resolved the issue.
