Verizon should be ashamed to have can represent him. I went home and later found out he added so many extra things to my plan. I am very turned off and feel as though I was ripped off by a salesmen: Luckily the company resolved the issue.

After having a poor experience at the Colony place location (which I’ve since learned is not affiliated with this one) I was thrilled to receive kind and helpful service here. I was looking to get upgrade my cellphone and potentially get a new plan. The man I worked with was incredibly helpful and ready to answer all the questions I threw at him. As someone who needs to see numbers for them to all make sense I truly appreciated that he was willing to show me on a calculator how everything was going to add up to our total cost. I didn’t catch his name but my receipt lists the salesperson as Richard L so hopefully that’s him! He was incredibly kind and honest about what was going to be best for me. I was having anxiety coming into this after my last experience at the other Verizon. this service was exactly what I needed. Thank you

The worst customer service. I called to try and get something printed with an updated address and the male worker kept putting the phone down and not answering me. Typical of the type of work ethic people have today. When I asked what his name was he hung up on me. Nice way to treat a customer of over 20 years.

I had switched to Verizon for my wireless service. However there was an issue with my phone not being able to accept the eSIM card from Verizon. I was told by Verizon to go to the closest Verizon Store where I would receive the physical SIM card at no charge. I spoke to the sales associate and explained everything. The associate stated that there is a $10.00 fee for the SIM card. I explained again that the eSIM was already paid for and this was basically an exchange. He didn't care and refused to honor it. I know it's a measly 10 bucks but it's more about the principle. I won't do business at this location ever again.

Had the best experience at Verizon today. Upgrading/ replacing my phone has always been a hassle, but Nick made it super easy and clear. Although I'm 20 minutes away, I'll be heading to this Verizon to get Nick's help. Thanks you for all your patience today with my mom and I!

Me and my wife went in to setup a joint contract, Sumeer helped us through the process of moving her phone number over and getting me an easy to remember number, on top of that did all the data transfer even though my phone was on a UK provider while we were in store. it was very quick, efficient and painless. Will definitely come back for our upgrades!

Went in-person to upgrade my phone and add a line to my account.Positives:The employees are knowledgeable and will take the time to explain answers to any questions. Overall the experience with the employees, store was positive.Negatives:I was told by the rep at the store that ‘Verizon Device Protection’ was included via my plan. When my billing statement posted, however, I saw that I was charged ‘Device Protection’ line items for both my individual line & the overall account, with some other add-ons I did not request/want. I had to spent 45 min on the line with Verizon support directly to get the erroneous charges removed & credited (even though it took a while, VZ resolved it and credited me back everything).Verdict:The extra charges may have been an error on their part, I’m not saying I believe it was malicious. However I’d recommend that you review your billing statement in case you change your service or phone to make sure everything is correct and you are just paying for what you want. This is a standard best practice for any purchased service.

Reported this location to BBB and they were wonderful at having Verizon Executive Office contact me to correct what was done here because the store didn’t. Go direct and screw these independent locations, they all just rip you off!!! Never walk out without reading your entire receipt and plan details!!!!

Horrible experience don't go here....My phone had a sim code error. I was told I had to upgrade and pay off my old phone that I had no other issues with. I was told I could sell it back for $400 (they gave me $200). I was told my bill would only go up .39 cents a month and I'm paying 9 dollars more a month!
