The guys at the store were good.
However phones sales where I arranged to buy the phone told me I could trade in my own iPhone 6. The add says any phone, any condition.
The store told me I was required to turn in my current iPhone 11. Not happy.
I got home and pictures would not sync- the store was good helping me get that fixed.
They sold me a Pelican case with belt clip that performed Bradley- unit fell on the floor every time it was unclipped - they were happy to take back.
Overall an ok experience- the guys in the store worked well to get me satisfied.

The staff here is so friendly. We worked with Brendan to get a new phone plan and phone upgrades. He was extremely helpful and patient! Will continue going to this store because of the great service.

We went to the store to get Fios as we just moved. Cam helped us and was phenomenal. Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, he helped my husband and I with our phone plan as well. This is definitely the best customer service we have received from Verizon!

Julian waited on me and was very knowledgeable and patient with me . Explained everything that had to happen and why . He
informed me of all charges . I had him set up the phone for a fee so it would be done right . I don’t feel as tech savvy as I did 10 yrs ago.
I would work again with Julian … valuable employee 😊

What a great experience I had coming here to upgrade to the iPhone 17 pro. The team went above and beyond in assisting with all of my needs, setting me up with the best screen protector and case since I am known to drop my phone on a daily basis. Speedy service and a highly knowledgeable staff, I will certainly be returning and recommending this store!
