The staff here are extremely nice and professional. I have purchased several pairs of frames here over the years. I had a great eye exam over the summer and they fitted me with an awesome pair of multi-focal contact lenses. Unfortunately my vision insurance steered me to their own online store where they were able to offer better pricing on the contacts--to the tune of $100 off. I couldn't turn that down! I still need new multi-focal glasses, however, and will be taking advantage of Visionworks pricing on brand-name frames and lenses!

One star wish I could give zero ...I went in yesterday ... as soon as I walked in they asked for insurance card not how can we help you ... after searching the computer for my insurance coverage ... they still never said "hey let us show you some glasses " I'll never go back ... as if I can't afford a pair of glasses if it wasn't discounted... terrible customer service... Stay away

Friendly and professional service. I hate picking out eyeglass frames and the associate that helped me was awesome. My second visit to Visionworks and pleased both times.

We had our eye exams there, and the doctor was very nice and very thorough. The girls are always very nice. But when it came time to go and order eyeglasses, there was only one person there, and while the store is pretty quiet they still don’t have enough staff to help with ordering your glasses . This is frustrating because it’s not always convenient to hang around and wait or have to plan another trip over to the store again not knowing if we’ll run into the same issue . Ordering usually takes more than just a few minutes. Maybe having 2 people on for fitting, choosing and ordering glasses should always be considered as an everyday necessity on your schedule. It’s just happens enough times that we’ve been there that it’s not fair to us, your customers. We are happy with the store and service until we have to get our glasses. After spending 1000.00 for glasses I guess it’s fair to say we think it’s only right to expect great customer service at that appointment and not have to come back for it to be finished .

I had a sad experience on my second visit. My husband and i were the only other person in store other than client being waited on. Five people came in after me and were waited on before me until I had to speak up. Luckily a fantastic person came back from lunch and acknowledged me. Thank you to her. She was fabulous and treated me kindly. Slightly nervous to return for glasses not sure how to get noticed.

It's pathetic that a company can't have an employee answer the phone. I could literally drive to the store before I can get someone to answer the phone there. Genuinely do not understand how this business operates.

This place is total disgrace in the customer service area and worse the way the lenses are made, by an outside vendor mind you.I got new Progressive lenses last year, even though, come to find, I was lied to. This rude employee of theirs told me that they no longer offer a Progressive lense that covers the whole area of the glasses. She specifically said because most customers do not want to pay the extra money. I told I thought that was terrible because I want to see well out of my glasses, not just out of a tiny area. Peripheral vision is important especially when driving. I went ahead and got them anyway. Big mistake. The area of clarity was so small I asked them to be re-done. She told me I could pay $75 to have them redo them to make the vision area larger. So I did. There was absolutely no difference. I was ripped off. I needed yhe glasses so I kept them. I started to get dizzy and headaches but thought it was stress from work. But I felt bad on weekends too. I did wait over one year, but but after getting medical exams and anxiety medication, even another eye exam, I tried taking the glasses back to Visionworks. I spoke with the same rude employee and she told me that she asked me if I wanted the full Vision lenses but I said no! I wanted to take her and throw her out the glass window. After I got upset she said "I remember you now"! As if to say, we are not going to do a dam thing about your glasses. Unbelievable. I called Visionworks customer complaints number and told them the whole story. My new eye doctor told me the glasses were done horribly and that they should have replaced them. Now I'm out several hundred dollars from medication and medical bills but they just did not care. I hope this rude lady gets fired. But honestly, do not waste your time and money at Visionworks. Especially the plymouth store. Horrible.

It was busy, but the service was great. I broke my frames but they were covered and got new frames same day.
