Photo department continues to lose photos. If I could give 0 stars I would. Multiple orders, order numbers, phone numbers etc. and they still can't find 2/2 photo print orders of mine. Useless, go elsewhere.

Terrible pharmacy. Constantly messing up prescriptions! Extremely long wait times, in person, drive through and phone wait times! Pharmacist and pharmacy techs don't care, just want you to move along, don't like to give explanations! Over an hour wait time to get through on the phone! Lazy staff!

This pharmacy needs to get it together. I had a prescription sent in around 3pm today, and saw it was in their system via their website. I called at around 5:30pm asking when it would be ready, and the woman over the phone said it would be ready in about an hour. I head down there at 6:30pm, stand in line, get to the front and ask the tech for my script. “We ran out of stock today- we had several scripts for it in the last hour” okay, but my script was called in like 3 1/2 hours before that. Can’t you guys see if you’ll have enough meds in stock to be able to fill my script? I have a couple days left for my last fill, it’s Monday, and you’re telling me I won’t get it until Friday? I’m sending my script over to Osco in Marshfield where they have it together.

I'm going to give two stars because the pharmacist I have interacted with is very helpful and kind, however I've been on hold for exactly 1 hour, and still waiting. It is never crowded whenever I go into the store. I am always checked out in a timely manner. But for some reason it takes a massive amount of time to answer the lines

Terrible experience. Would not recommend this location to anyone.On 9/6, I booked our booster and flu shot appointments for today 10/9, and received a confirmation email. Received several reminder emails including one yesterday 10/8 with what we needed to do to prep for our appointment.Drove 30 minutes to the pharmacy - note, there were signs plastered all over the store and pharmacy about getting your vaccines on site - and then waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that our appointments were cancelled and that they don't do vaccines at this location.I showed them my confirmation and reminder - the pharmacy tech said that I should have gotten a phone call because they cancelled all of their appointments. Neither myself nor my husband received a phone call or cancellation notice, but received reminders to ensure we did not miss the scheduled appointment.We wasted an hour in the car on our day off and now the rest of my day trying to find a place that can get us our shots this week.Very upset and frustrated, as we planned for this shot a month ago so that the timing would be right for an upcoming event and not impact our work schedules.

I've been on hold 30 minutes to give a physician's verbal ok to fill a medication. This is unacceptable. Get a voicemail.

Set an appointment for my husband at the pharmacy. There was no point to making that appointment, since he sat there an waited for over 2 hours to get his shot. There is only one person on staff that is filling scripts and doing shots. If they can't hire anyone additional, what is the point to making appointments. Cancel those services since they obviously can't commit to it. My husband's comment about this location was "0.0 stars. Avoid at all costs".

In the past year this walgreens has gone downhill fast. You need a good 45 min out of your day just to pick up your scripts, and that's even if they're in stock. Then they give you a false date of restock. And as of right now they are "temporarily closed" without any notice! Terrible!

I'm not one to leave negative reviews however this particular Walgreens location is consistently problematic... particularly the pharmacy. For starters the staff is beyond rude I mean to the point of almost going above and beyond to be rude to you. I've been hung up on left on hold and straight up ignored on several different occasions. I call ahead to fill my sons prescription monthly that he has been on since birth he is 5 mind you and every time without fail it's not ready or if they need prior authorization I end up having to contact the doctors office myself , although it is there job to do so... there are literally six women behind the desk at any given time and the wait is a minimum of thirty minutes just for them to acknowledge your presence. They treat you like you are an inconvenience and are absolutely useless. They should fire every single pharmacy employee or find better management because this is atrocious.

complete hot mess. if you can't accommodate people for vaccinations and flu shot don't offer it elderly people standing around with no place for them to sit waiting for a vaccine. I wai 20 minutes with two people ahead of me in line for a prescription I would've gone to the drive-through but I've never had luck there get your act together wall greens. Big sign at front saying you were trying to hire more people how about you skip the vaccinations until you can actually hire more people

Informed pharmacist on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS that I need extra assistance and she was downright rude. As a guest without special needs they are negligent. Since I am disabled, the way they consistently fail to bill insurance, blatantly refuse to call another (Walgreens) to rectify issues they caused to clarify or solve errors crosses the line into malpractice. Walgreens customer for 15+ years on a consistent monthly basis. For the past year I have unfortunately had to use the Plymouth branch. They need training in customer service in addition to how to complete very basic tasks such as billing insurance and interacting with customers on the autism spectrum without being condescending and rude. Particularly when they consistently drop the ball. I really miss the Walgreens staff who had a higher standard for the customers who keep their families fed. Don't be shocked when customers are short of patience when they cannot successfully pick up necessary medication without issue even one time after years of getting it right. Walgreens corporate office... send help to this location!!!
