“Shout out to Devin, one of the kindest and most helpful team members I’ve ever encountered at any store, ever! I regularly shop at the Pet Supplies Plus in Plymouth to get crickets for my spotted leopard gecko and all the staff there are always so kind, personable, and ready to help. On a recent visit, Devin helped me get crickets and we got to talking about my lizard and how she’s 26 years old and I have to feed her crickets with tongs now because she can’t see very well. Devin is not only an absolute joy to talk with, but also a very knowledgeable and compassionate person who had lots of great ideas to share with how I could help my gecko live her best life. I was moved by the sincerity of this exceptional interaction and mentioned it to the team members at the register and they all enthusiastically agreed that Devin is, indeed, an exceptional individual!”

“Stopped by today to watch the cats, having recently suffered the loss of my two cats. One of the volunteers was working with several cats who she said l we're having a hard time coming out of their shells Just the brief few moments I watched her with the cats I could tell that she truly cared about them. She could also tell that I was obviously in a lot of pain personally and she had kind words for me as well. When I'm finally ready to adopt again my first stop will most definitely be here.”
