“I shopped here earlier today to buy food for my Cocker Spaniel, Charlie, and their selection is vast. My cashier, Emma, was a doll! And this young man, named Liam, helped me locate the type of brand I was searching for. The store was clean and organized, which is not something you see often in pet stores. The staff were also open and interested in my concerns or questions, which made me feel understood and validated. I cannot recommend this store enough, they are absolutely fantastic. ?”
“I purchased my Black Lab from Christine at Dunrovin in January of 2022. I knew that purchasing from Dunrovin was the right move after hearing about Christine's experience in the space and all the knowledge she had on keeping their labs happy and healthy. My pup has had zero issues and has not once shown any signs of aggression. He is great around kids and is a local celebrity at my neighborhood park. If you have kids and are looking for a new 4 legged friend, look no further!Dunrovin offers affordable services around boarding as well. Walter is always happy and exhausted when he gets home from all the fun that he had. I've been very pleased with Dunrovin's flexibility with my schedule as well. I will often be in a pinch looking for someone to watch Walter and they have ALWAYS accommodated.Their pet store onsite offers a wonderful selection of healthy dog food options and durable toys. Great place to shop locally! Can't say enough good things!”
“Great selection, excellent customer service. I built a tank years ago and their employees walked me through the whole process. After a few years away from owning a tank they’re helping me do it all over again. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Would highly recommend!!”
“I have always liked Hanson Grain, but today one of their employees really impressed me.I went in to buy a bag of purina pro planMy dog is fussy & they had the type he likesI could only find a 16 pound bag, so I grabbed two. When I got to the register I commented that I wished they had a bigger bag. TheGirl Sarah said she was going to check the warehouse & she came back with the big bag I was looking for. Most people don’t care, but Hanson GrainAlways has people like Sarah who are willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happyThank you Sarah & Hanson grain for hiring her.”
“The best small business around the south shore that offers a variety of healthy dog & cat food, treats, meal toppers, chews and natural supplements. I honestly wish I found this store sooner. I started coming in the summer and now I stop by about once a week to pick up an assortment of chew bones, freeze dried sweet potatoes and meal toppers for my pomsky puppy, Lumi. You can tell the owners care about the quality of the various chews (beef tendons, lamb collagen sticks etc) they offer for dogs. Before finding the healthy animal, I bought beef tendons at a larger/more well known pet supply store for my puppy and it made her very sick, I could tell the quality was poor compared to the ones sold at the healthy animal. Everything I’ve gotten from here my dog loves and never caused an upset stomach. I highly recommend going here if you want high quality food and treats for your pet.”
“Buddies was so great with my big skittish dog to set him at easeAlso my dog suffers with allergies and they used mild shampoo , he looked great, smelled great and no itching and wasn't anxious at all when I got himThe next time I brought him he actually was thrilled going in which has NEVER been the case at other groomers or the vet etcThey treat your dog like their own”
