“I would have given this company 5 stars until the very end spoiled it for me. The quote was fair, they showed up on time, I really liked the moving team... but after our furniture was set up in our new home. I noticed damage to our two beds... that's when there was a change of attitude. I was concerned about damage to my furniture... they were concerned about how they were going to get paid? I even spoke with the manager Wayne who didn't apologize and minimized the situation. He explained that I had chosen their standard insurance option (at that point I hadn't but made a mistake of signing something without my glasses after I got off the phone with Wayne). That paper locked me into a ridiculous insurance that provides customers with .60 cents of insurance based on the weight of the item damaged? So my $2400 dollar bed that was moved and damaged is worth $45 dollars according to the company? I was so thankful that nothing else was damaged and I didn't have damage to my home. I even thought what if the truck caught fire on the way to my new home... is our entire house of furniture and beloved items worth less than a good bottle of wine according to the insurance & the moving company... probably. The company is insured, but if you use Liberty Moving... make sure you ask the questions I didn't and that you are covered.

**Update the company did do what they said they would and are sending a tech to fix our furniture. Very pleased they came through for us and are going to fix our furniture that they damaged.”

“I had a great experience with Quality Moving. I had to move from Cape Cod to Florida and I spoke with many moving services. I finally went with Yanni and his crew and I could not be more pleased. Yanni communicated with me during every step of the move and really listened to my concerns. About every other box I moved was marked “Fragile” because I had glass, ceramics, and lots of other breakables. Every single piece made it down to Florida intact without any breakage or damage! This was an incredibly smooth move and I don’t think any other company could have done it. Quality Moving was also very affordable. Rest assured that your stuff will be in safe hands with them. Yanni and his crew really live up to the name of their outfit...they are quality personified.”
