Aerie House is a comfortable, beautiful, and charming bed and breakfast in Provincetown with a great and convenient location close to Commercial Street, eateries, and activities. Guests describe an incredible and fantastic experience, highlighting the exceptional, warm, welcoming, kind, and attentive hosts. The property offers fantastic amenities including complimentary daily morning breakfasts described as delicious, amazing, and decent with a variety of choices and hot dishes. Many appreciate the convenience of free bikes available in a very bikeable area, as well as ample parking. Rooms are spotless, comfortable, and more than ample, with some featuring a lovely bathroom and a private deck, though some stairs are noted as very steep. Common areas include a great hot tub and an outside upper deck with amazing views. Aerie House is a favorite place for many, seen as a great center point for exploring. It is important to note the business may be sold and not operate as a bed and breakfast after 2024.

We loved our stay at Aerie House! The space was comfortable, beautiful, and having our own private deck was such a treat. Steve and Dave were exceptional hosts—so warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and the convenience of having bikes available. Can’t wait to come back!

My favorite place to stay in Provincetown. I’ve been staying here since 2000. Great hosts, location, free bikes, and the breakfast spread is amazing. They are selling it (fall 2024), so it may not be longer be a Bed & Breakfast come 2025 😌
