This place is a trash pit! Although they are spending millions on the buildings, they need to clean up the property. A friend took me on a walk to see the work they are doing and what we found in the back parking area is disgusting. Needles, broken glass, an old bag of cement. A broom, a fan, a large Tupperware ware container, trash, construction debris from over two years ago. Plastic wrapping from all of the shipments. It's filthy. Clean up the grounds and add a little landscaping. The new chargers look great but whomever installed them left a box of trash and several coffee cups and bottles lying around. Take pride in your property don't just leave it to rot. I posted a review three years ago and some of the trash in the parking area has been here since then.

It was a great stay, loved the room. nice and spacious and it was in a great location. I opened the blinds and it was such a beautiful view of the Ocean. My only real dislike is that the room we had didn't have carpet throughout the room. it's a first for me. didn't really like that but it's not a big deal. I still loved and would stay at harbor hotel again.Rooms: Need carpet throughout but everything else it's fine

This is one if my go-to places when I’m in P-Town. I usually stay here twice a year-spring and fall. I closed the place this year and I think I’m opening it again in April 24. Anyhow I moved three times in the first day for various issues and wound up in a suite. No hassles and never an upcharge. The front desk person was great and very accommodating (I get stuck on names). We are not real messy people so we didn’t use housekeeping, although my wife heard them knock at the door a couple of times. I want to give a shout-out to the manager Jacqui. She has also been very flexible with my requests. The only “down side” the I have is that I’m not real sold on the “resort fee”, which because of the time of year wasn’t charged. I know the extras are there for all the guests and if I choose not to use them it’s my choice. Enough of that rant. It doesn’t stop me from coming here. Again great staff and a convenient place to stay.

This great experience started with Maurice checking us in - he is so friendly and accommodating! Room facing the Bay was perfect. Second floor room provided a great view. Matress was comfortable and pillows were great - NOT TOO FIRM! Good sized frig was a plus. Extremely affordable!

The room was clean and comfortable. Office staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, close enough to walk to town. They also have a golf cart shuttle or a town shuttle for $2. We had a view of the bay. The sunrise was amazing. The only negative was the bright light outside the window that wasn’t blocked out by the shade. Also it really is a motel not a hotel but that didn’t detract from our experience.

Overall disappointing stay. The rooms look a lot nicer in the photos than they are in person. Mid renovation of what was probably a pretty dated motel on the interior of the rooms but didn't do much to update the exterior. Stains all over/tears in the carpet. Booked two queen sized beds, got two full sized beds. They tack a 20% "resort fee" on top of the advertised price because they have a pool that's not open in October? But no continental breakfast. Front desk wasn't exactly welcoming. The maids were really nice though. Wish we had stayed at the Ptown Inn instead, better experience/value there in the past.

An awesome location for an off season birthday celebration. we were 4-5 rooms and the facility worked very well between the fire pits and the breakfast room (with fireplace) we had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful Would absolutely come back again.

Fantastic stay at the Harbor Hotel. Great location with beautiful views. Dog friendly and very accommodating. Outdoor pool is heated and kids were able to use it in mid-October, which was a fun surprise. Would absolutely recommend!

The Harbor Hotel is a quaint, roadside style, MCM vintage appeal place to stay just slightly away from the buzz of downtown. There is a marvelous view of the harbor with easy beach access for summertime relaxation and it’s only a short walk up Snail Rd to the dunes and the Shacks on the north side of the Cape. Worth the hike!!!The staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. Maurice (aka Geneva to us) especially! Will definitely visit again.Sincerely Giggles and Mr Lopez.

My work takes me all over the country, and I stay in a lot of hotels - mostly mid-higher range Mariott and Hilton properties. I was nervous about staying in a smaller, independent hotel (no chain properties in PTown) and this was such a pleasant surprise. My room was definitely in need of updates (and the management confirmed they're currently redoing that entire building of rooms) but everything was pristinely clean - the sheets practically sparkled! Our housekeeper (Velma) clearly worked very hard to keep the rooms as clean as possible. The shower, bathroom, towels, linens, everything was the way you would clean your own house (and maybe better!). It was by far the cleanest and best kept room I've stayed in so far this year. It was a most pleasant surprise, and I will definitely stay here again if I need a hotel in the area.Walkability: You'll need a car or a bike to explore Provincetown and the outer Cape - the hotel is several miles from the center of town and public transit is sparse in MA.Food & drinks: Coffee and tea in the lobby every morning.Noteworthy details: For those with mobility challenges - second floor rooms are only accessible by a flight of stairs. They do have accessible rooms on the ground floor, and the courtyard pool (open in season) has a hoist for greater accessibility! TVs have easy access to captioning and the TV in my room was set to default to captions.

Great little motel about a mile and an half from the action. Great views and very clean. Would recommend this spot as it was quite and Maurice was very accommodating. Nice pool and fire pits to hang out into the evening. The furniture in our room was getting tired but the beds were great and the linens were crisp.

This is some thing that I have never done in my life has to post a second review of a place but this place was so bad I had to do it again do not stay at this dump. I paid $500 per night to stay here at the end of August and read my post prior. This place was horrible. It's not even a motel and for them to charge that price Karma is a bitch.

Clean, large rooms. Super comfortable beds and room temperature :) LOVE the thirsty towels! Accommodating staff and housekeeping service. Enjoyed the fire pit. Views from our bayside room were breathtaking at both sunrise and sunset and at night during a full moon sparkling off the ocean :-) Perfect location. Convenient shuttles into town. The inner courtyard offers a heated pool and inviting seating groups also with fire pits. Needs some work on curb appeal but a gem nonetheless. I'll return.Rooms: The room was so big! (I would have LOVED a table and chair set)The beds were SUPER comfortable. I came off-season and really enjoyed the quietness at the hotel.
