“Visiting from England we absolutely love the Benchmark Inn and 8 Dyer Street. The rooms are both comfortable and classy, the amenities are great - nice places to sit and relax, the pool is a real bonus and the location in town is perfect. But what really makes it is Steve, Brandon, Shane and Greg who are all so helpful, kind and friendly they make you feel like part of the family rather than just a guest. We’ve stayed at the inns 3 times now and will soon be back for a fourth. Highly recommend it.”

“Delightful experience through and through. Tom and Greg were wonderful, warm hosts that went the extra mile. Wine hour, coconut macaroons, and shoutout to Greg for running to Far Land and grabbing that GF sandwich!

Race Point was a great room. The little desk area was great for finishing up work before locking away my laptop for the long weekend. Comfy bed, a couple free waters, lots of quality wine available, and Far Land every morning? Tough to beat.

Definitely recommend White Porch if you’re looking for a great stay on the east side. Until next time!”

“Love this hotel! We’ve stayed a few times and each time was great. The rooms are tiny, but you get a large lounger outside your room to hang out and relax. They have a serviceable gym and a grill/picnic table area. Most importantly, it’s located right across the street from a beach! The service has always been amazing, but they do not turn down the room daily. You have to request it. Pet friendly. Can’t wait to come back.”

“All we can say is wow! The Land’s End Inn is an absolutely magnificent place. Even though we did not stay, the service at their bar, Chalice, was phenomenal. A bit expensive, but welcome to drinking in Ptown. Take advantage of their local tea dance from 4 to 8 during the summer months, Thursday through Sunday. As the sun sets, small bunnies will bounce out to greet you as you sip on your wine around the fireplace. You can tell from the exterior this is an absolutely magnificent place to stay. Stained glass adorns the lamps and windows as the lights come on across Provincetown. This place is an institution that should not be missed on your visit and we will definitely stay for our next very special occasion. Keep up all the great work gents! Especially Trevor and Ed!”

“We loved our stay at Aerie House! The space was comfortable, beautiful, and having our own private deck was such a treat. Steve and Dave were exceptional hosts—so warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and the convenience of having bikes available. Can’t wait to come back!”

“Handsome yet unfussy. Welcoming yet fabulous. A curated variety of experience to satisfy any mood. The staff is capable, clever, and kind. The evolution of the property over the past five years is simply remarkable. This place is it.”

“Nice room. Close walk to downtown. View of the bay was fantastic. At low tide we were able to walk on the causeway to the island, and we caught the shuttle back.”

“The restaurant is amazing and is the perfect vibe for dinner. We were able to get a reservation for 6 people and it was perfect. Also, don’t forget their oyster happy hour at 4!”

“Stayed 6 nights end of July.

Pros:
-on site parking with Tesla chargers
- beach facing the hotel has amazing low tides. My teen spent HOURS hunting for scallops, crabs, horseshoe crabs.
- modern decor
- amazing open common areas to chill with pool table, fire Pitts for roasted marshmallows, eat out meals
- access to microwave utensils, coffee, hot water, popcorn machine
- on site mini store at reception for ice cream, water and snacks but expensive. 1 gallon water is 8$
- room very comfy, beds comfy
-on site washer/dryer
-private shuttle to town
-very friendly staff and reception

Cons:
- I suggest hooks to be installed in bathroom wall and bedroom wall to hang towels and belongings
- pool table needs maintenance. The sticks often broken. You can purchase new replacement tips on Amazon for cheap
- I highly suggest filter water dispenser on site instead of selling water at reception. I feel like it's a basic need. Much more than free coffee IMHO.
- I suggest a wire of hanger on balcony to hang out wet beach towels and swimsuits”

“This location is fantastic - across from a small but lovely waterfront park, and close to great art galleries and restaurants. You are close to everything but it is also quiet; being back from the street with a restaurant and garden in front was a great setup. David and MarcAnthony were fantastic, and helped make sure everything went smoothly from booking through checkout.

We stayed in the studio suite, and I cannot recommend it enough - it's your own little cottage with a nice sized bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and upstairs sitting room. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. You can catch a glimpse of the water from one of the bedroom windows. It is right off the garden and faces the restaurant's outdoor seating, but there were never any issues with noise in the morning (never heard anyone until at least 9:30/10 am), and the restaurant closes at 10 pm, so also was never an issue for us at night.

It really was exactly what we were looking for, and we would absolutely return and recommend it to others.”

“I really didn't stay in this hotel. However I want to give shout out to the bartender at upstairs bar who was very kind for allowing me and son to sit and listen to the live music while waiting for the Royal Thai Restaurant to open at 5pm. He even serve us a glass of cold water after walking around the sweltering heat downtown.”
