I received professional and attentive service all three times that I went into the Provincetown location while on vacation.

As you walk down Commercial St, it's hard not to miss this beautiful old corner building that houses Kiehl's. It's white washed look is very inviting and welcoming. I went in to check on some grooming products and the staff person was very nice asking if I had any questions. I said I was all set. Kiehl's is an American cosmetics brand retailer that specializes in skin, hair, and body care products. It started as a single pharmacy in Manhattan at Third Avenue and East 13th Street in 1851. Kiehl's was purchased by the L'Oréal Group in 2000 and has over 65 stores in the United States and over 400 stores worldwide, in addition to over 1,000 points of sale supplemented by sales in department stores, select airport locations, as well as independent stockists. In contrast to its market competitors, Kiehl's is distinguished for its unorthodox marketing approach, exceptionally large male clientele base, and its products' simple and straightforward packaging. Being in Provincetown, is a good strategy since there are a lot of male clientele with disposable income.

Great products but very unfriendly staff ( couldn’t get us out of the door fast enough). Thought I’d buy locally but I’ll buy online next time

Always love Kiehls and this store is great. The man working there was super friendly. I bought a few things and he gave me some samples to try which I love since it's always better to try before you buy! The midnight recovery serum is the bomb and smells lovely!!

Products are solid but a bit pricey. There are others on the market as good for a better price. Products a 5 service at the location 1. Average 3.

I love Kiehl's products. I was happy to learn they had a location relatively close to home as I typically had to purchase the products from Sephora online. The first time I visited this location was back in March or April. There was one woman working in the store and we were the only customers inside. The saleswoman seemed annoyed that we were there. She did not greet us and she was extremely unfriendly. I could tell she did not want to help us. She eventually asked if we were looking for anything. I felt extremely uncomfortable so we walked around for a minute or so and left. I decided to try again the end of last month (July) because I really needed more of my favorite conditioner and I knew we'd be in Ptown. Same woman was there along with one other saleswoman. The store was pretty busy. We once again were not greeted when we entered. Understandable. They were busy. I knew exactly what I wanted, so I grabbed my conditioner and waited at the register. I waited for a few minutes before anyone came over. The same woman from before saw me at one point and actually rolled her eyes at me. I purchased the conditioner because I needed it, but needless to say, NEVER AGAIN. I'm back to buying my Kiehl's products from Sephora. I'd rather pay for shipping than be made to feel uncomfortable for no apparent reason.

I drive over 100 miles so I can get my Kiehl's fix at this store- I have been physiologically dependent on Kiehl's for quite some time and this is the best place to shop Especially in winter

Stumbled across this Provincetown store while on holiday...couldn't have asked for better service. Attentive, informative, tested a number of products and even got onto discussing politics...the English accent was a giveaway. Highly recommend though....Daniel served me and he was great.
