Land's End Inn is an absolutely magnificent place, a beautiful hotel and an institution in Provincetown with spectacular architecture, views, and ambiance. The exterior, grounds, and gorgeous garden are well-maintained, and the interior features stained glass and meticulous rooms. Many describe it as perfection, rivaling any in the world. The staff are amazing, thoughtful, and accommodating. Guests enjoy a complimentary breakfast that is plentiful, fresh, and cooked on site, with items like frittata, egg bites, fruit, yogurt, and decent coffee. A wine and cheese happy hour is also offered. The Chalice bar provides phenomenal service, and from Thursday through Sunday in the summer, the inn hosts a local tea dance and happy hour with fantastic views of all Provincetown. At sunset, small bunnies come out in the garden. The hotel is located at the far west end of town, which is nice and quiet but a lengthy walk from most restaurants and shops on Commercial Street, though proximity is good for those with bicycles. Parking is very tight. The property has many steps and low ceilings, with no pool or in-room coffee pots. It is considered very expensive, but most guests report an incredible experience and highly recommend it for a special occasion, eager to return.
Attended an event on the Inn's property; been in Truro for 55 yrs and have never seen anything to compare to the spectacular architecture, view and ambiance of this inn. I am still reeling from the experience of being at a place that rivals, I really think, any in the world. Thanks, guys, for maintaining it.
