Had a problem getting a prescription refilled because the physician's office was slacking and the tech went above and beyond help. Not only did they call the office numerous times to get the script but when my husband ran out of his meds bc of the delay the pharmacy provided enough blood pressure medication so that my husband never had to go without.”

“This review is specifically for Lucy and Tyler in the pharmacy. They are both wonderful with customers. I get that CVS in general is probably tough to work for with the additional demands they keep placing on their employees. But they don't let it show. Lucy, especially, gets to know the regulars and whenever I have had a problem, she goes the extra mile to address. CVS - do right by these two because they really redeem your reputation, for me anyway.”
