Had a lovely first visit to P town. Kevin was great at check in. He took time to give us the lay of the land. We enjoyed all the places he recommended. We will be back. Thank you!

Not particularly a fan of the new management decision to charge $100 per night for parking. Front desk staff is still awesome though - used to be our favorite Ptown hotel but will look elsewhere next time. Rooms are adequate but soundproofing needs to be dramatically upgraded.

This hotel was perfectly located right in the middle of where we wanted to be, the staff was so kind, accommodating and helped with ideas on where to go and where to eat. I couldn’t have asked for better service and the most beautiful rooms!Rooms: Beautiful and clean rooms, so beautifully designed!Nearby activities: Right in the middle of where you want to be!Walkability: Everything is right outside the door.

First time to Provincetown. Custom service here is the worst. You need to reserve parking, which the hotel does not let you know ahead of time. They sent 3 or 4 emails prior to arrival with no mention of parking. Management is completely unresponsive. I left 3 VM before arrival and another one to the Director of Operations after arrival. No response. No callbacks. The guy behind the desk was not helpful either. And gave us the wrong room key, which we did not realize until walking away. He did not know the address or name of a parking lot. He did point us in the general direction. He recommended a restaurant and then gave us the wrong directions to it. Public parking is 3 blocks away and is $40/day.

Great location at the center of P-town. Accommodations are ok. My room was right next door to the 2nd floor bathroom which really would benefit from additional soundproofing. It was a little disruptive hearing people going to the bathroom at night. The downstairs restaurant Royal Thai unfortunately was not quite at the level of quality of most of the ptown restaurants. Probably good for grabbing a quick drink, but I would go elsewhere for dinner. Don't order the Thai curry.

Pilgrim House is a a great place to stay if you are looking to be in walking distance to a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. They also have a bar and restaurant on-site. The room was clean and organized, with plenty of outlets for charging devices. If you are tall, you may want to request a room on the first or second floor, however, because the ceiling is quite low on the third floor.

I cannot comment on my stay, as it has not yet happened. I have been trying to get in contact with them for a week, with no response! I needed to cancel a month ahead of time, for personal reasons. I just lost $900. dollars! Do not book there if you’re not sure about the trip. I will NEVER recommend them

We were greeted at the door to PH by Eddie who was very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of useful information about P’Town. The room was spacious and comfortable but the cleanliness standard could have been improved; there were long hairs hanging about and even though we stayed 3 nights we didn’t have our room serviced once. There was also an electricity socket hanging out of the wall which looked very unsafe to be honest. The place is very central and the wine bar Impromptu on the second floor was really nice. Would I stay here again…? I would have to say no for the reasons above.

A friend recommended Pilgrim House for accommodation and I already had it in my top 3, so that clinched the deal. It's on Commercial (which we discovered later is really where you want to be) and it's set back a little, so it doesn't get street noise. What we didn't realize was that that they have a bar and restaurant so we didn't plan on doing anything but sleep at Pilgrim House. We also didn't know they have drag shows, so when our most amazing receptionist Eddie greeted us, he told us about it and we signed up. Omg! I haven't had so much fun since well before the pandemic!! I absolutely recommend it! Our room was clean, well appointed, smoke (and smell) free. There was only a little noise from the drag show but the last one finishes at about 10:30 then it's dead quiet. Being on Commercial made it a no brained for us to hop out for breakfast, coffee, shopping, or a drink. Very convenient.

Arrived at 7 with dinner reservations at Royal Thai. Had reservations for the prior evening but they were canceled by Pilgrim House due to water leak. We placed our order by 7:10. At 8:15 no food yet and waiter asked what we had ordered while trying to locate our order on hand held computer. They kept seating folks at tables despite being understaffed in wait staff and perhaps in kitchen as well. I explained as a diabetic my blood sugar was going low. He said sorry but had no idea when food would arrive . We left. Obviously unable to comment on food.

Great location. Clean nicely redone rooms. GM was super nice. The room was not ready upon check in but they went way above and beyond to make up for it which was appreciated but not necessary. Definitely will stay again.

Amazing stay at Pilgrim House. Rooms are a little smaller but I think very reasonable for P Town. The owner, staff and entire vibe is welcoming and engaging. The location is the center of everything. Sophie, the owner, is hands on with her team and if you find her in the bar she can sing like an angel.

Great venue with superb service and wonderful drinks. The servers were very courteous and attentive. The drinks were strong and worth the money. Had an amazing event there. The seating was also very comfortable with nice air conditioning. Easy access from the main strip and organized well for entrance and exit. Will recommend strongly.
