Next time I'll be sure to notice which Quest site I made the appointment with. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes because I made it erroneously elsewhere. Because it was off season they were able to squeeze me in.

I’ve been getting blood work done on a regular basis for 15 years. My experience at Quest today was probably the best in all those years. I was able to get the appointment I wanted, check in was by text and I was seen exactly at my appointment time. Crystal was fast, efficient, extremely pleasant and very professional. Too bad I’m just visiting here and can’t come here for all my blood work!

The wait is always absurd. Currently I’ve been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes to get blood drawn. I signed in, they passed over me, took multiple other patients. I had to sign in AGAIN. It said 5 minutes. That was 20 minutes ago.

I had blood work done today at Quest Diagnostics in Provincetown and I had a great experience. My Phlebotomist was professional,friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I remembered her name.She didn't even leave a mark! She prepared me for the experience by telling me what my doctor had ordered and how many vials that translated to,made sure to check,double check and triple check my name,birthday and address. At no time was I in pain or anxious. As comfortable an experience as one can have,under the circumstances!
