I saw other people had similar experiences, but unfortunately, I decided to give it a chance anyway. My friends and I were in Provincetown and stopped by to get some merch. While browsing the sale sweatshirts, I looked through just a few items—carefully—and even took the time to fold them back neatly so I wouldn’t create a mess.
Despite that, both owners (or staff) came up to me and told me to stop looking because I was “making a mess.” I explained that I had only gone through a couple and was putting everything back properly. They insisted I should just “look without touching” because it was too hard for them to refold the items.
I completely understand if I had truly made a mess or been careless—but that wasn’t the case at all. Their attitude was uncalled for and made the entire experience incredibly uncomfortable. There are so many kind and welcoming shops in Provincetown—this is not one of them. Save yourself the bad energy and shop elsewhere.

BEWARE: NOT KID FRIENDLY!! Went in expecting normal souvenirs and wow did we find much more than that. 🙈
Ptown is full of it though so choose your store wisely!

Cheaper than the other one nearby. I LOVED one crewneck but I couldn’t find it in anything other than XXL but it was on sale for the end of the season.

Rude employees. They got mad and were very rude when we touched something we are attempting to buy. Wish employees had a better attitude here.

Plus sizes available here!!! Had trouble finding anywhere else that carried larger sizes. Bought T-shirt and a sweatshirt in a 4x. Both have held up good to washing and are good quality. Prices a bit high but are comparable to other stores. And I would like to support local who carries larger sizes than to resort to online. Staff was friendly to me and offered to answer questions or help me find anything. It is a very crowded store but means you can find just about any item you’re looking for.

Cute tourist store with multitude of shirts,m sweatshirts and many trinkets to capture your holiday memories. Reasonable $$. Store tight.

My favorite store for Cape Cod and Provincetown sun visors and shirts and sweatshirts of every kind and size. Reasonably priced. Great sales. Love this store!

I cant' believe no one had reviewed this store before....It's a large souvenir store located just east of the Lobster Pot. The selection of tees, shirts, sweatshirts, souvenir items, mugs, keychains, etc is probably one of the largest in Provincetown. We were looking for a sweatshirt and when we asked one of the guys, he took us to the section and showed us what they had available.Great customer service...good prices and sale items often.

I purchased 21 items, spent quite a bit of money, only to discover that the beach tote was not in the bag. The phone number listed on the website is not working. Hence the one star. Sucks!
