Beautiful b&b, comfortable rooms, great atmosphere, tasty breakfast, and ideal location. Each room has charming features. Paired with such a kind and friendly host, Greg, who made us feel welcome and helped us out with some off-season recs and wine pouring at 5:00. We had a lovely time and can't wait to return.Walkability: Ideal location within a one minute walk of Commercial Street.Food & drinks: Customized breakfast each morning from Far Land Provisions. Tasty and filling, including the vegetarian option.

If I could give the service 6 stars, I would. The Inn service, particularly by Greg, was exceptional. Ritz level service in P town. Greg was kind, generous, helpful and so accommodating. While the property itself is gorgeous and picturesque, the service makes your stay; perfection. Book now! We'll absolutely be back.

Excellent host, location, breakfast, and ambiance. My only quibble for the Woodend room is there's nowhere to be have one's suitcases open. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place to stay!

Centrally-located, just a few metres from the glorious Commercial Street. Warm greeting and hospitality from host Tom. Lovely furnishings and art.Highland Light room was up very steep stairs: we could not have got anything larger than our carry-on luggage up them. Despite there being a breakfast table and kitchen downstairs, the breakfast was outsourced to being delivered in a paper bag and had to be eaten on our bed.

White porch inn EXCEEDED all our expectations. This is a beautiful place and town to be in. Greg is an incredible person to be able to get to know and he really makes your stay memorable. Our honeymoon was magical. If you are ever in town, this this the place you want to stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely, lovely, lovely!! We enjoyed our experience so much. Clean, spacious, and beautiful space. Plus, Greg was so awesome, kind & helpful. One of our most positive experiences with accommodations. Very short walk to Commercial street & the beach (like 30 seconds). Do yourself a favor and stay here.

We returned to Provincetown from Italy to sleep again at the White Porch Inn and, like 10 years ago, we had a great time. The house is amazing and Greg a great host!! In July we will return to the United States and it will be an honor for us to go back to sleep in this corner of

We took a last-minute, winter trip to Provincetown and decided to stroll around to find a place to stay. How lucky we were, then, to have happened upon the White Porch Inn on Johnson Street, just a few steps from Commercial. Innkeeper extraordinaire Greg gave us our choice of his two remaining rooms, both of which had fireplaces, TVs, and views of rooftops and the Atlantic Ocean. Greg provided excellent dinner recommendations within easy walking distance, and a tasty. breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning. We will be back!

Only stayed one night (unfortunately). We had such a great experience--from a room upgrade (lovely room--exactly how you'd envision an inn in Cape Cod), to a complimentary glass of wine, to helpful suggestions, to breakfast delivered to our room. . . We would love to return and stay longer. THANK YOU!

Don’t book this inn unless you can handle its extremely steep stairs - last time I saw stairs this steep - steep like a ladder - was in Holland. We were not checked in by an owner which made it less personal. I can’t even recall the breakfast but we had a room that overlooked the harbor which was excellent to watch the fireworks.

We recently stayed at the White Porch Inn for the first time; however, it will most definitely not be the last. The stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and very friendly throughout our entire stay, including in-room delivery of breakfast daily. Greg, the wonderful House Manager, made sure that even aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations and even awoke super early on our final day to carry our luggage out and see us off to the 6:30am ferry with coffee and breakfast in hand. The accommodations were cozy, charming, pristine, and very convenient to everything that PTown has to offer. Tom was a magnificent host, and we quickly made friends with the other guest who were equally enjoyable company as we sat in the rocking chairs on the white porch for daily "wine hour." The entire trip was an amazing and memorable time, and a large part of that is due to Tom, Felipe, Greg, and the entire staff at The White Porch Inn. See you again soon! Sincerely, Carl & Jared

The White Porch was the perfect New England Inn in the ideal location. From the team's excellent service to the breakfast at our door every morning, views, beautiful porch, and courtyard - perfection. We were there for four nights with several friends and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Especially wine hour at 5 pm every night. I want to give Greg, the General Manager, extra kudos. He was always so helpful and pleasant, always looking for ways to go the extra mile. Tom and Felipe, the owners, were excellent hosts. We will be back next year!

I stayed in Provincetown at The White Porch Inn for the first time with friends over Labor Day weekend. It won't be the last time I visit as the stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was professional, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay, including delivery of daily breakfast. Greg is a fantastic and friendly Inn Keeper who took great care of us. The accommodations were cozy, charming, pristine, and convenient to the beach as well as local P'Town offerings. Tom was a magnificent host and we quickly made friends with the other guests who were equally enjoyable company as we sat around the white porch for daily happy hour. The entire trip was an amazing and memorable time, and a large part of that is due to the owners and staff of The White Porch Inn. This was my first visit, but it most definitely will not be my last. Highly recommended.
