I had the same bad experience with this store as Duong described below. The staff member marked my pickup order as completed before I even arrived. I find this behavior extremely dishonest and unprofessional. I would avoid this store entirely.

I rarely write a review but this was an extremely bad experience. I ordered 2 orders to be picked up through DoorDash. I arrived shortly after the orders marked “Ready to be picked up”. The guy at the front kept saying he doesn’t see my orders and asked me if I was at the right store. I showed him the screen on the app but he didn’t care, just kept shaking his head no. I left and contacted DoorDash customer service for a resolution. Doordash CS rep tried to call the store but they didn’t pick up the phone and proceeded to mark my order as “Picked Up”. DoorDash refused to return my money because the order was picked up. It was a total scam. Beware!

I walked in last week and asked for a hotdog. When the attendant didn't respond, I confronted him about his nasty attitude. He seemed to take offense at that. I'm originally from the Midwest, a 5th generation Minnesotan. A lot of these foreigners moving to the Boston area need to learn a thing or two about American customer service. They tend to cop an attitude with African-Americans like myself. I don't know if this guy was Dominican or what, but people like him can carry his family back to where they came from and keep that attitude over there. There's others hungry enough to replace them and offer good customer service 👍

Worst customer service ever! The guy at the front desk doesn’t speak English and tossed my stuff on the counter, as I opened the coke it spilled all over. Avoid this place!!!

I found a 7 Eleven that had the Slurpee Cherry Twinkies. One of my delivery orders did not come that's why I didn't give a five ⭐, Im not sure if it is the stores fault for not updating the food app.

Horrible as soon as I walked in because I had a backpack on and that I use for work I was told I have to leave it at the front door or they will not service me I recommend Noone come here unless you want to be profiled as a theif I never stole anything in my life and was carrying a 500 dollars ps5 and they assumed I was gunna steal from them horrible service and profiling I've never seen before also I notice the owner answer the responses just so you know your employee said it's your rule so... hopefully their lying and that's not true because I'm sure your away that is discrimination considering a woman customer was their as well and she didn't have to give them her purse if nothing is done about this maybe the BBB would like to know what's going on at this location

Buyer beware!!They steal from their customers by charging more than the actual price. I’ve had this happen quite a few times and I have the proof. I have all my bank statements showing a different price on the same product many times over. I went in Today to buy a hat. There was a green one and a blue one. Same company just different color. The green one was $5 the blue one was $17!! I buy vapes here all the time to and every single time they are a different price. Anywhere from $16 to $22 and change! They over charge you then pocket the extra money. Pay attention to the price and see what they try to charge you when you get to the counter. I don’t like thieves. I HAVE PROOF! They aren’t smart enough to know when you rip someone off you don’t charge their card! I have a hole page of these charges from my accounts. I have 9 different charges for the same product and that’s just one instance.

The customer service is the poorest. Staff found with no name tag, and became physically aggressive when the name was asked after deliberately cancelling my 3 Uber Eats orders. Talks rudely from the beginning without any reason. And then force me leaving the store for no reason. I went in the store this evening (Oct 31, 2022, at around 6:30pm). Dear 7-eleven authority, please check your cctv footage to verify the incident and remove this kind of staff from the store.
