If I could give them 0 stars I would. Initially I had a great experience but Carmen has been horrible and negligent since I signed for insurance through her. She’s very charming but terrible customer service and very unprofessional throughout my 5 month ordeal. It started with her “forgetting” to set up my auto-pay after signing off on authorization for auto-pay. This caused my insurance to threaten the cancellation of my cars registration due to lack of payment so I had to pay the late fee but she REFUSED help me with this issue at all, despite it being 100% her fault. After this when speaking to her, I expressed that I was concerned that in the event of an accident, things wouldn’t go right with insurance since she’s already missed things. She condescendingly tried to assure me that everything is just fine and giggled away. Well fast forward to 3 months later and I get t-boned by someone running a red light leaving my car totaled and me hospitalized. I find out through my insurance that she never even signed me up for collision to be covered (isn’t that basically the whole point of insurance?). I tried emailing her, calling her and left her messages as advised by multiple people, but she has REFUSED to answer or call back despite her being my literal agent through AAA. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT sign with her, you will have consequences.

Agent Phil is beyond awesome. I have been so stressed about getting a new policy for my new car and he listened to me babble on and was patient, helpful and kind the whole way through and he is taking care of everything for me which lifts a massive weight off of my shoulders. I’ve never had such a good experience with insurance before. If you call triple a ask for Phil!

The service is fast! I went to acquire my real ID and to renew my license. The young woman who helped me from the beginning, Selina, was very nice, friendly and patient! Thank you all very much!

Very friendly staff. I came in to apply for an IDP (International Driving Permit), came out in 10min.
If you don't have your photos, you can take it there for $16. But still fast service.
