Showed up and there was a sign posted that the employee was on break for an hour. I came back after the hour and still no one there. Why would you even have store hours if employees never show up to work.

The AT&T store on Quincy Avenue in Quincy mass is the most amazing customer service. I’ve experienced out of all the phone companies and I’ve been through them all highly recommended. The woman deserves a raise. I believe she’s a store manager, which I could remember her name

Store is supposed to open at 10am. I stood outside waiting til an employee showed up at 10:20 and promptly told me and the other gentleman also outside waiting since 10 to come back at noon when the manager arrives. Absolutely abysmal service. For the amount I pay AT&T each month you’d think they could be bothered to staff their locations.

I had a very bad experience here with the manager she was very hostile very aggressive and i felt very rushed im very disappointed when i usually come here there is a nice lady who takes her time with me and i really wish she was there yesterday to assist me because the experience i had was very distasteful

Best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store! Our customer service rep was Jaelynn and she was absolutely the best at solving a problem with my daughter’s phone. And then setting me up with a new phone, and then finally, saving me about $50 a month on my wireless plan.

I brought my grandmother in tonight to get a new iphone. Henry went above and beyond to help us tonight and we both appreciated it! He was also the only staff member in there working so he multitasking the whole time giving his full attention to each client that was there. Highly recommend asking for Henry next time you stop into AT&T on quincy ave.

I came to the Quincy location today for assistance with my new iPhone 15 Henry was very knowledgeable polite and patient with me when he helped me with my phone he was also able to sell me a new charger and a case for my device
