“About 2 minutes and 30 seconds from the brushes touching my car to me escaping the car wash.
Windshield came out spotless, no streaks, the rest of the car clean too. No complaints about the wash itself.
But the location… man. When you exit, you’re basically thrown right onto a side road. Turning right is fine. Turning left? Good luck — you’re basically challenging traffic to a duel.
And every time I’m inside the wash, I get paranoid for no reason. I keep imagining rush hour traffic blocking the exit, my car stuck there, and the workers inside having to slam the emergency stop like, “BRO, PLEASE MOVE YOUR CAR.” ?
Even though I know I won’t actually get stuck, the thought still stresses me out.
So yeah, great wash, terrible location. Don’t go during rush hour unless you enjoy mini heart attacks.”
“While visiting from out of town without most of my tools, they were very flexible and helpful in letting me install a new battery, providing me gloves, etc., and then surrender my dead one to them for the deposit credit, all in one visit so I could just do the work while parked outside their shop :) Quick and friendly service, and I was back on the road with a new battery in 30 minutes.”

“I have a Toyota RAV4 with 190k+ miles on it. I’ve brought it in 5+ times for oil changes, a new parking brake, and to replace some old ball bushings and springs on my car. They always do a great job, and it’s a reasonable price. There’s a bit of a language barrier with the employees as they speak Chinese, but the owner speaks English and is good at communicating what’s wrong with the car and how long it will take.”
“I brought my Mach-E in for body repair at the location at the recommendation of the Quirk Service location. This team did a great job fixing up the car. It took a while but I do not hold it against the team as they clearly explained at the start that it was based on parts availability and their initial estimates were relatively accurate. I also appreciate their feedback and clarity on the conversation they were having with my car insurance as to payment and coverage. While the experience is inherently negative (broken car), they made this instance very reasonable feeling.”
