“Gerry is a great guy and his team are excellent. 100 percent recommend and would go back again if need be. While my car had a few additional problems after the initial repair (it went in for extensive front end damage), Gerry had no problem taking an additional look at it and fixing whatever the problem was after the fact. “About 2 minutes and 30 seconds from the brushes touching my car to me escaping the car wash.
Windshield came out spotless, no streaks, the rest of the car clean too. No complaints about the wash itself.
But the location… man. When you exit, you’re basically thrown right onto a side road. Turning right is fine. Turning left? Good luck — you’re basically challenging traffic to a duel.
And every time I’m inside the wash, I get paranoid for no reason. I keep imagining rush hour traffic blocking the exit, my car stuck there, and the workers inside having to slam the emergency stop like, “BRO, PLEASE MOVE YOUR CAR.” ?
Even though I know I won’t actually get stuck, the thought still stresses me out.
So yeah, great wash, terrible location. Don’t go during rush hour unless you enjoy mini heart attacks.”

Was stuck there with my family and had to leave the car overnight and he reassured my car would be safe and it was. “Yesterday, I was in Quincy for a funeral service, I was not able to find parking, so I entered the Napa store on the corner of washington street and kittredge, I explained my situation, offered to pay the owner / employees to allow my vehicle to park there, long enough for the service. They both looked at one another, and insisted, you park there, and stay as long as you need. Their kindness, and respect touched my heart, my family and I are grateful, but more importantly, I hope other people in Quincy, know how lucky they are, to have these people in their court. They always do a great job, and it’s a reasonable price. There’s a bit of a language barrier with the employees as they speak Chinese, but the owner speaks English and is good at communicating what’s wrong with the car and how long it will take.”
