I had a marvelous experience buying my new car here, all thanks Christian. From the moment I walked in, i was met with someone who actually listened to what I needed, answered every question honestly, and made the whole process smooth and transparent. I was already drained since this was the third dealership I visited. The first one, Honda in Reading was a total nightmare !! So i appreciate that there wasn't pressure and no typical dealership games.
Christian needs praise for his patience! When I returned because I was indecisive of which exterior color to choose for my Acura MDX, he took his time, walked around the lot *Again* explaining trim& package difference with the chang. Overall he and was patient until I made a definitive decision.
In the end he did everything for me, he made sure everything was all set, Linked up, signed in my gas tank was filled. I truly wish I came here first, but as they say.. Third times the charm!!

“I would highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. The desk staff are extremely pleasant to talk to and are very knowledgeable in “mechanic” talk. They ask more detailed questions about your concerns with the car, so they can diagnose it better and relay those issues with the mechanic that will be working on your car. Communication is what you would expect to have. I dropped the car off the night before and by the following afternoon I received a message that the car was completed and ready for me to pick it up. The mechanics clearly know what they’re doing because my brakes feel great and there are no longer any concerning noises when I drive. I have to admit that I was embarrassed bringing in my car with the bit of grinding I was hearing when I would push on the brakes and as I drove there was a shrilling sound, which is also no longer there, but there was absolutely no judgement. They simply asked what was going on with the car and took it from there and resolved all my issues and concerns.
I am a very happy customer. I will return and also recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly mechanic, who completes the work in a timely manner. They work on what you bring the car in for without adding any additional work to the car, like most dealerships do. I’m certain that if there had been other concerns as they worked on my car, they would have reached out, but seeing as my car is relatively new, there was no need of that. Again… if you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust, check them out.”
