Raymond at this Autozone is the best employee in the history of Autozones. He's always friendly, provides great customer service and works incredibly hard. I've seen him at the Dorchester store and he was also a standout employee there as well. He is the reason this store gets two stars and not one.
Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review for this store on account of one employee. I live in the senior housing complex right next to Autozone and get woken up each morning by the employee driving a white Mustang with a clearly modified exhaust. It sounds like a drag strip everytime he drives by, unnecessarily revving his engine and speeding through a school zone and senior housing area (where a pedestrian was very recently struck by a car, by the way). He peels out from stops and a few times I walked to the Walgreens in the same plaza as he came flying in in his deafeningly loud car. Anyone driving that recklessly and purposely revving that loudly has no regard for the seniors, children and families walking around or living in that area. This has had a huge quality of life impact in the area and for that, myself and others i speak to have avoided going to Autozone and taking our business to other competing stores in the area unfortunately.

Raymond offered emotional support and a really strong flashlight when I lost my key fob inside of my Prius this evening. I would have had a much worse night without the assistance of the kind employees at this store. Thanks Autozone ??

I came in needing help replacing a burnt headlight and Raymond was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right bulbs and with installation. He made it a very quick and painless process, and even helped me solve an issue with my AC. Highly recommend!
