We shopped on March 04 at 2:45PM. We used the self-check out (Reg 40 / Tran: 8847). The POS flagged for assistance on one of the items. We got to complete our transaction but couldn't finish the payment until the POS assistance was resolved. For more than 5 minutes, no one assisted us DESPITE there were 3 female staff at the supervisor's area chatting. Eventually, the male Front Lead tending the online orders assisted us. I approached the 3 female staff who were still chatting and took their names. I went to the customer service and complained that we were not assisted by the 3 female staff "chatting only". I told them one was a Front Lead. The customer service called the Front Lead. When the female Front Lead came, I told the customer service in the presence of the Front Lead that they should be paying attention to the customers instead of chatting. The female Front Lead denied that she was chatting and said that they did not see there was an assistance needed. Naturally, how could they see if customers need assistance when they keeps on giggling and chatting. Instead of apologizing for missing to assist a customer, the female Front Lead arrogantly argued with the customer. In the first place, she should NOT prevent the staff from doing their jobs by chatting with them as a Front Lead. As a Front Lead, she should encourage the staff to be productive and NOT idle. Cielo (Customer Service Manager) had to pull the Front Lead away as she was aggressively answering back. The Front Lead's name is ELENA. Obviously, she is new in the store. This is our first experience to see a LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL staff in BJ's. Either she should be trained properly or be put in the back of the warehouse where she cannot be around customers. She has very POOR customer service skills. This was raised to the BJ's Member Care associate Tessa. Tessa just sat on the issue and made ping-pong emails with no real action taken. I doubt if the issue was sent to the Club Manager's attention, Jose Serrano.

This BJs is located in a great location for anyone living in the South Shore (in Quincy specifically). The parking lot is large, but sometimes there are carts taking up spots because people can’t be bothered to return them properly. The place is usually well stocked, but certain things such as yogurt can sell out later in the day. There is also usually a big rush whenever there is a storm coming. When this happens, the lines can go as far back as to the back of the store, but they move pretty quickly. Free samples on Sundays.Be wary of the people who try to market things to you at the entrance.

BJ’s should do better by picking reliable delivery service providers! DoorDash is definitely NOT RELIABLE! I am one to give any organization the benefit of the doubt, but this has happened on more than one occasion. I think BJ’s uses multiple delivery services so it’s only the DoorDash Service that’s BAD! BJ’s I Love your club, but PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

It has become extremely annoying that you can't walk into any of these stores without being harassed by sales people for utilities and cell phone carriers. A lot of them don't understand the word no and will stand in front of you to block your way. I've had the same person harass me multiple times in the same visit. It's not just this location, it's all of them because I've tried different stores to try and avoid them. Not shopping here again.

Just saw another review about the people trying to sell gas and cell phone service and I completely agree. I have stopped shopping there because of this.

The issue must to be resolved ASAP!!!!The workers from the dali department MUST to be fired and replaced. The worker refused to serve customers telling that he is on his break. It is 5:24 pm now. When I ask for a help at the courtesy desk they could help me. The back of the store is dirty and sanitation department will be called!!!!

My online order for 120 USD that I placed at 11am to arrive within 2 hours, was scheduled to arrive at 4.15pm. Even though they said "delivered", I never got it. We tried to call them, did not manage to get through to a person.

This BJs is always stocked and have a good variety of foods. My only issue is the app and the lack of free shipping delivery services. I know that has nothing to do with this location specifically, but it's still a company policy. That's why i can't give it a 5. If I were to rank these paid membership stores, I would put Sam's Club 1st, BJs second, and Costco last.

Fantastic service! They’re helpful at the checkout, and helpful with the curbside pickup. Now that we have a baby it’s really helpful to just be able to drive up and wait for them to bring our order out.For people deciding between BJs and Costco like we were, we think if BJs is closer, it’s a no-brained to choose BJs. Here’s why:* The selection is great, and for some products it’s better than Costco* There are multiple brands I can get at BJs that Costco doesn’t have* The mobile app and curbside pickup work wonderfully at BJs, and Costco has no such thing* The website is as good as the mobile app, so I can shop on my laptop or phone equally wellWe didn’t know which one to choose, but the location convenience of BJs, and their superior online and pickup experience, has left us very happy with BJs.
