Called in advance of coming to look at a vehicle and explained that I had a long 1hr+ drive there. Kyle (salesman) told me they only show cars in appointment then we agreed to a 1pm appointment. At 1:26 Kyle was nowhere to be found and the car I came to test drive was two cars deep in the parking area. I was able to get the vehicle unlocked by another salesman so I could at least look at it while waiting. The car was not only filthy inside, there was a bag of trash leaking yogurt in the back. I removed the completely full 13 gallon trash bag and continued to look the vehicle over before deciding I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this shop. NEVER EVER.

I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander back in March and had an amazing experience with the Kyle. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions and ensuring that I made an informed decision. 4 months after purchasing my car, I am still extremely satisfied with my experience. I had a great experience with Kyle at Bos! I went down from Vermont because they had a manual transmission Mini Cooper. I was concerned coming from so far away but I was made to feel comfortable and that they were trustworthy. I’m loving my ride!!Thanks for everything

I recently purchased a 2017 Mercedes Benz AMG C63s used with 36k miles. No dealership is perfect but Bos Auto is very close to it. Im 22 years old and got treated with the utmost respect. I felt zero pressure to purchase a car and they gave me all the time I needed to think and consider different options. My sale-man is Kyle Best, I would recommenced him over and over again. If there is one thing I can say for sure is that Bos Auto keeps their word. I love my car, however there have been a few hiccups mechanically. I didn't stress for a second because I was confident with the dealership I bought the car from and the integrety of the salesman I worked with. They ended paying for everything, without dodging phone calls and still treating me as if I was buying another car. Great price, Great service, and even better quality. I will be buying here again.

This car dealership is terrible! The thing is like this I paid the deposit two months ago, in May. Due to personal reasons, I asked for a refund of the deposit, and I also agreed to pay liquidated damages. I have not received a refund so far with the excuse of delaying. I don't know why this car dealer is so dishonest. I am currently planning to solve the problem through law channels. I hope you don't buy from this car dealer because they don't keep their promises! Unscrupulous car dealers!

I was in the market for a used Tesla Model 3 Performance and found one that peaked my interest at Bos Auto via CarGurus. I inquired via phone and spoke with one of their salesmen Kyle. I made an appointment to go see the car the following day. I arrived for my appointment and went for a test drive with another guy who worked there because Kyle was on lunch. When Kyle returned, we discussed pricing, I liked the car, we agreed on a deal, and he went through the financing paperwork with me. This was a very smooth process and I actually got the car cheaper than expected. After all was said and done, I left and they put the car through their inspection process and detailed it for pickup the following day. I received the car in excellent condition and you could definitely tell that attention to detail was spent when cleaning the car. For a vehicle with 9700 miles, they made it look brand new.After leaving and driving the car home, I found there was an issue with a slight vibration in the steering wheel. This was present during the test drive, but still an issue after pickup. I let Kyle know right away and we began planning efforts to have it inspected and resolved. I brought the car back the following weekend to have the wheels rebalanced which did not resolve the problem. Turns out that upon inspection, 3 out of 4 wheels were “out of round”. Kyle recommended we bring the car to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists in Randolph. They had me leave the car overnight and the following day I picked it up. The car now feels like it’s riding on rails it’s so smooth. They also did me a solid and inspected the tire foam to make sure nothing was floating around inside the tires causing unnecessary vibration.After the whole experience, I can’t thank Bos Auto and Kyle enough for providing the luxury car buying experience I expected and over-exceeding my wants and needs. Kyle was there every step of the way from purchasing the car to dealing with my issues and particularity. When I need another car, I will definitely reach out to Kyle again for assistance.

In all honesty, I had my skepticism about Bos Auto Inc when I was first looking to purchase a car. Turned out they were very attentive to my needs. Kyle, who is great to work with, stuck to his word on everything he said. The car I purchased needed some maintenance on it, this was fixed within 3-4 days and called me right away for another test drive. I ended up buying the car and still runs great. Kyle made the whole process really easy.

I feel like they don't even deserve this one star.I first reached out to BOS Auto about a vehicle seen for sale online on 2/22/23. I spoke with a salesperson about this vehicle, and they answered all of my questions and followed up with a video walkaround of the vehicle. I specifically asked about the condition of the tires and was told they were "like new". I specifically asked about the status of a recall on the headlights, and was told the recall fix was applied already. I placed a deposit on the vehicle. On 3/7/24, I let them know I was on my way with a check in hand for the vehicle, and I was told it was currently off-site at a Porsche dealership but was not told why. When I showed up, the vehicle was parked on the lot, so I took a look at it. All 4 tires were worn to the point of needing to be replaced. The front drivers side tire had a 1 inch gash in the sidewall. The front passenger side tire had a quarter-size chunk missing and a large bubble in the tire. Both front wheels had significantly more damage to them than the pictures and video had shown. The vehicle was found to be dripping oil, but BOS Auto wouldn't put the car on a lift to show me the underside. Upon starting the car, the dash displayed 2 errors for the taillights and stated that service was due now. When asked why it was at the dealership, I was told it was receiving the recall fix for the headlight, which I was told previously was already done. Given the questionable safety status of this vehicle, I have a reason to believe this vehicle was never brought to any Porsche dealership, as the engine was still cold and the dash stated the oil temp was low.Upon entering Bos Auto, I noticed that a significant amount of paperwork was stacked up beneath the salesperson's desk. From what I could see, the paperwork contained previous customer's personal information and this made me feel entirely unsafe about this dealership handling ANY of my personal information. When asked about the status of the issues with the car, the salesperson said that his manager would discount the car, but never mentioned anything about the car being blatantly unsafe to drive because of the status of the tires. I collected my deposit and immediately left. I was contacted afterward with a decreased price, but I declined due to the status of the car and the blatant mishandling of customer information. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
