Nice location, half way out of town, so saves me the commute in the AM to Rockland area.Rooms are ok, but deterioration is starting to be seen across room equipment ( Especially the WC )Service: Overall satisfying service, from reception to room service to Hulls bar.Main struggle is to find decent dining options in the menu, as there is little to any Halal Options… I am a regular there ( few days monthly) and except for my food restriction it is practical and an ok hotel for business

I purchased a room at the concierge level because I wanted access to the M club. Whenever I have traveled with my husband with his elite status we always enjoyed the heavy hors d'oeuvres, ample fruit, cheese, and veggies. My experience at this hotel was less than what I would call hospitality. One small platter of fruit and cheese, another for veggies (most of it sliced zucchini or summer squash) and a deep fried offering for a hot appetizer. I understand that it's not supposed to be dinner but it also was not replenished when new guests arrived. I also understand the desire to cut costs but meager and hospitality do not fit.

The bed was so comfortable. The service was great, I especially want to thank Ty for all his help. If the weather had been better, I would love to have explored the area.Rooms: Nice size

I recently stayed at the Marriott Quincy Boston. I can’t say enough good about the staff and facilities. My stay was following a medical procedure at a hospital near by. Unfortunately I had a medical event at the hotel following my surgery. Marriott staff was kind, concerned and absolutely fantastic making sure I was ok and had everything I needed for the remainder of my stay! I will definitely stay again!

Good location and has a convenient huge restaurant. I stayed to be closer to a doctors appointment. Staff was great . 4 stars because Marriotts in general are a bit lame. But serves my purpose well when I need to be closer to Boston for appointment. The location is closer to the highway and 30 so minutes into Boston (traffic dependent) but also close to the red line if anyone want to take the T directly into the city

I travel to Boston frequently for work and booked a room for 4 nights at this hotel last week. I had a terrible experience with their customer service. The hotel lost power during the night and I was told by staff that power would be restored later that day. The power was out only at the hotel--not the surrounding community. I left for work and came back around 7PM. I was told they had made a decision to have everyone check out for the night. I received no phone call or email from hotel staff to notify me of this change, though the front desk was telling everyone that they had called. They offered to help with alternate reservations to hotels within the Marriott chain. However, these were full in the area and they would not assist with reservations at another hotel I suggested. I was given a glow-in-the-dark lightstick--no joke, like the ones used for trick or treating--to help with packing up my dark room. It was ridiculous. I checked out and am now trying to chase down a refund for my last night there. You would think they would have updated my account with a refund, but of course, they didn't. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Be warned!!Safety: Hotel-wide power outage with little assistance from hotel staff. Communication to occupants was very poor.

The only good thing about this place is the location. I travel for work and spend a lot of time in hotels. This hotel needs a major re-model, you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. The food at the hotel bar used to be so great and then they changed hands and it sucks now. I only stay here when I absolutely have to.Rooms: Decorated well, poorly insulated.Walkability: Not walkable, you'll need a car or uber.Food & drinks: Awful.

We arrived for check-in today, and the hotel informed us via email, without a phone call, that there was a power outage. They expected the power to be restored by 7 or 8 pm, which was acceptable to us. However, upon arriving at the hotel to check in, the receptionist informed me that they had canceled my reservation due to the power issue. Unfortunately, they displayed no willingness to help resolve the situation or offer compensation, even though I had to book a last-minute alternative hotel at a significantly higher cost than what I had originally intended to pay them. When I inquired about why they didn't communicate the reservation cancellation, she mentioned that they had sent an email. To my surprise, upon checking my email, I found no such communication from the hotel about the cancellation. In summary, there is a clear need for improvement in their communication skills, and it would be beneficial for them to show more compassion towards their customers.

I just had the most unexpected and disappointing stay at the Marriott Quincy. We were there 4 nights for my fathers funeral and in that time (1) we were evacuated for a fire alarm one night, (2) the power in the hotel went out another, and (3) we had to request housekeeping.I was not working this trip but had heard a lot of chatter from people about internet challenges. The room was updated on the surface but there appears to be deeper infrastructure issues. As we departed, the staff was not concerned. Very disappointing for the Marriott brand.

Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel did not meet my expectations. I stayed on Marriott points, yet it took forever to get a receipt to reflect my parking and restaurant purchase. And to added, their accounting department still charge me for the stay. I was assured during check-in that the card charge was standard and for accidentals. However, none of this was clearly up over 2 weeks since the stay.

Clean, perfect business open. Comfortable bed with clean surroundings. Great shower.I would recommend for anyone needing to stay close by. The only downside is that Uber takes 10 minutes to get to the location.Restaurant lookers very good, and the bar has top shelf liquor with nice waitstaff to help.Rooms: Clean room!Walkability: Limited walkabilityFood & drinks: Restaurant and bar in lobby

I stayed at this hotel when it first opened, and it was brilliant. Fast forward to 2023...terrible experience. To start, my room was dirty - I told the front desk and she just stared at me. In general, the staff were rude and not helpful, and to top it off, a fire alarm went off at 2am. You'd think there would be a procedure in place for fire drills? Apparently not because i had to call the front desk for more information. The next morning, we had a voucher for breakfast. After standing in line, we were scolded for not telling them we had a voucher. Not sure how we were supposed to know there was a "fast lane" for people with vouchers. It astounds me how atrocious customer service is today, is there anyone who takes pride in their job anymore?

Good experience at this Marriott. Rooms were modern and well kept. Had an issue with the shower head which was leaking and wasn’t performing well, staff took care of it quickly and replaced the unit. For food, the attached restaurant was good and has a breakfast buffet. In general the hotel seems well managed and have no complaints. Would use them again!

This hotel is very nice there are definitely things I would change. You shouldn't have to pay to park here if your staying here. Shouldn't get charged for wifi in your room especially when it just hooks up to your devices. If ice machines don't work put an out of order sign on them. Not just have maintenance come up look at it and leave. If they can fix it just put an out of order on it. I ran into multiple people say there ice machine on there floor was broken and they were looking. Don't bother with the hotel bar/restaurant. House keeping is good and fast when you ask for something. Over all it's a nice place to stay it's just the little things.
