I was lied to by an agent on the phone who said they could schedule 2 appointments when they could only schedule one which I later found out from 2 other agents after wasting 6 hours waiting for the first appointment which was not actually scheduled . And the agent was abrasive with their language , and not giving me sufficient information , trying to obviously push their package deal of service .

If there were a way to give negative stars, I would. I would not recommend this internet service to anyone. Their service is the worst — the internet speed is nothing like what they promise. Whenever you speak to customer service, they make promises but end up doing the exact opposite. Even if you ask them to review the call recordings and confirm what was said by them and their manager, it makes no difference. They even change the price of the service without notifying the customer.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They are not doing what they are supposed to be doing. Sends a technician out and he doesn't do anything. Three times. The worst internet service providers ever.

I can not give a star. Breezeline response was go to the website, but the website directs you to a phone number, so I am still confused. Breezeline did not answer my second question. I'm not sure why it has to be so difficult

My service is awful and there is no one to call. I text with actual people then they just stop corresponding. Please get and a person to speak with! My TV’s freeze, cut out and will not change channels at times. Please help!

Planned outage for 5 hours with no notification to customers who depend on internet for work. When speaking with customer service, it is breezeline policy to continue to charge customers even for times when there is a planned outage.
