My service is awful and there is no one to call. I text with actual people then they just stop corresponding. Please get and a person to speak with! My TV’s freeze, cut out and will not change channels at times. Please help!

Planned outage for 5 hours with no notification to customers who depend on internet for work. When speaking with customer service, it is breezeline policy to continue to charge customers even for times when there is a planned outage.

We have been with Breezeline (MetroCast previously) for many years. We utilize the service for our expanded cable TV and our internet service. We are very pleased with the service provision overall in regards to reliability, customer service/support and functionality. A five star rating is withheld because of a very few interruptions and the lack of seeking customer input with periodic surveys regarding programming and internet services.

I'm so happy I went with breezeline for my internet technician went above what was expected to assure excellent internet service price was at least 40 dollars less than other providers

I really have nothing bad to say. My service is consistent and there haven't been any serious problems. The one time I was behind on a payment, I was able to speak with a representative and get everything straightened out with no interruptions to my service. There was a recent price increase, but honestly, what hasn't gotten more expensive these days? As long as the service stays good, it's worth it.

Breezeline service is excellent when you have it. Not when you don't. It goes out frequently without notice. It's slow and then speedy. It's impossible to speak to a real person. If you have an issue, it will cost you. Not like it was when it was KG Cable.

I have been very satisfied with the service and tech support . We did have dropped signals initially but they promptly changed the modem and fixed the issue .

Price is expensive, does not care to offer senior discounts and the tv service for their high definition channels is absolutely the worst. The channels are interrupted and go dark ever few seconds. This occurs several times during the week. I am a former wowway customer.

Great company, outages almost 0, great package for my complex. Customer service is the best of all cable companies. Internet has very few problems and is any quickly resolved. If anyone needs TV or cable I urge you to look into this company, I have had several and believe me this is the one to go with, you won't be sorry.

Works as good as my old Wow service. Internet speed is fast, works with all of my streaming devices and cameras. Was glad that they allow existing customers to get in on the special pricing that they offer new customers.

I have never had an issue they couldn't resolve, they have always been very patient and professional with all of our needs. I highly recommend breezeline to anyone needing services that our dependable and reliable and at a very competitive price. I called to get pricing for the tv internet package and told the woman it was very expensive and I couldn't afford it . Next day they showed up at my house to install the cable and internet which I never ordered. I was so upset
