“Except customer service and reliable pickup and drop off. I have been using Adams and Swett for probably 40 years. I Started when they were in Boston and now they pick up and deliver from their facility. This is the only way I feel that my rugs get really clean! They do a great job!”
“Fabulous rugs, fantastic people. I have known the Yayla folk since 1992. Their knowledge about tribal art, and their contribution to charity work in India in the education of girls and young women are commendable. Visiting Yayla is an education. Thank you, Yayla”
“The carpet workroom did an amazing job on my client's staircase. The whole process was extremely professional, organized, and clear. Can't recommend them enough!”

“Hasan was incredible to work with and helped me find multiple rugs for my home including a gorgeous custom runner for my entryway that still looks amazing after more than 2 years of use. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and my friends love Dover Rug & Home too. Best spot in the city for rugs!”
“Amazing one-stop shop for college students, grad students, or anyone looking for deals on furniture. Super helpful in selecting pieces and quick with installation, next day even on a weekend holiday. When my futon broke a few days after installation they came and replaced it for no extra cost. They even put together some furniture I bought elsewhere and hung my mirror for me - overall above and beyond service and the price is unbeatable, I’d give six stars if I could.”
“I had the BEST experience with the Rug Merchant starting from the selection process through to installation!Everyone was so helpful truly listening to my vision and offering expert advice. Installation was prompt and everything is beautiful”

“Extremely pleased with Harry Carpet One. Went into the store on a weekend looking to replace our stair runner and upstairs hallway runner. Was shown around by a very pleasant employee named Phil who has been working there for decades. They have a huge selection of carpets to choose from. Phil showed us different jobs they had done and made some suggestions for what we were looking for. He let us take a carpet sample home to make sure we really liked it and what it would look like in our home. Phil came by that same week and did measurements. The next week, 2 installers came and took out our old stair runner and disposed of it for us. Then they installed our new carpet, a continuous stair runner and wall to wall hallway runner on the second floor. Their work and craftsmanship was top tier. The whole job took about 4.5 hours. It transformed our home instantly. Will definitely be going back for future projects.”
