This was my first experience with a body shop in Quincy. These guys do it the right way. They were responsive, helpful, and seemed to prioritize getting people back in their cars.
In a world with a lot of scams in automotive care, I'd recommend these guys to my grandparents.

Copeland Auto Body were so helpful and very comforting from the day of the accident to the moment I picked up my car. The car looked brand new , both on the outside and inside.
Ramiro always got back to me when I had questions about the car; what a relief. The team of workers did an excellent job!

The owners are patient and explained the process well. The car looks brand new and they even cleaned the interior before I picked it up. Definitely would go back to them if needed.

Had some paint transfer from a side swipe accident in a parking lot. Thought I would have to paint the bumper and the shop was able to remove excess paint from bumper and its like it never happend.

Everyone was very helpful and communicative, but Bob went above and beyond and really helped when my insurance was dragging my claim out. The work done on my car was excellent and speedy!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a hit-and-run accident, which left my car in need of body work. To make matters worse, I have Progressive insurance, which is known for its sluggish claims process.
From the moment I walked in, Bob and Ramiro were incredibly welcoming and understanding. They didn’t hesitate for a second to take my car in, despite knowing the potential complications with Progressive. Their confidence and professionalism immediately put me at ease. Bob and Ramiro assured me that they would handle the claim process on my behalf, so I didn’t have to worry about chasing down the insurance company.
True to their word, they managed everything efficiently. They communicated with Progressive directly, kept me informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired to the highest standard. The work they did was top-notch—my car looks brand new and was even washed and vacuumed.
If you’re ever in need of auto body work, I highly recommend Copeland Street Auto Body Shop. They’re not just great at what they do—they genuinely care about their customers. Five stars all the way!

I was referred to Copeland St Auto Body by Toyota Braintree. I first reached out to Ramiro by Email then by phone. It did not take long for Ramiro to let me know I could bring my truck in next day to get a quote and have my truck looked at. After being looked at, the process was very well explained and scheduling took no longer than 5 mins. As promised I got my car back in 3 days and it looks brand new. The cherry on top I think the guys at the shop went the extra mile and vacuumed the interior of my car. I have no complaints and would recommend the shop to anyone who is looking for body work to be done.

I had an excellent experience with Ramiro at Copeland Street Auto Body Inc. After a minor accident damaged my front license plate, Ramiro and his colleague skillfully straightened it and reattached it to my car. Remarkably, they didn't charge me for their service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and fair auto body repair services.
