I have a cycle with this place- stop in because it is in a convenient location and I like the bodega style shop. Buy a little booze and some snacks and am like darn I expect to pay more- but this is over the top. Stop going for a little and convince myself it wasn't that bad- and repeat.
I will add- almost every time I buy include something in my order that suggests I may not be paying attention (ie tall boys, 40 oz and/or a handful of nips) the cashier "makes a mistake" and charges me more (than already described overprices above) until I ask about it.
In their favor I have bought cold cuts from their refrigerated section on multiple occasions and nothing bad happened.

This store is like a gas station. The prices are definitely overpriced, but if you pay by cash then you shouldn't have any problems with any employees. But if you need anything more than some snacks then the Stop and Shop not too far away is a better option.

Great little corner store. Snacks, booze, gambling. Anything that's bad for you. Good place to get stuff you forgot to pick up when you went to the supermarket.

I call the son the Mayor because he's been working lol in the store from a baby! ? They're basically a liquor store now so I don't go there. Expensive but they know their regulars. Don't expect any deals tho.
