Managers Andrew and Bret are super friendly! Always a pleasure speaking with them. They should get a raise.Only issue is I find calling the pharmacy to be tedious to just get to a real person.

This CVS Pharmacy is worst at all. everybody was just messing around no one working, getting prescriptions from the hospital but never being able to fill them and always making excuses reason for ‘oh we didn’t getting any prescriptions’ totally talk nonsense!

Wish it had a zero star option! Well stocked actually very well i can get hummus , organic milk, bandaids , makeup , vitamins ! You get the idea ! What you will NOT find are people . It's very convenient for me location wise but I'm tired of not having actual people to ask questions or check out , i don't work there i should not have to check out , 9 out of ten times i have to get an associate to help anyway ! I have been going there for years but i finally am done . Ran in last night to grab a few things should have taken me 4 min ! But No i have to check myself out ! The staff (when i see them have always been great , but let's actually hire those people to interact with customers! Walgreens is just as close to me and wallgreens have someone on check out ! Oh and this ! Bounty was 12.99now 19.99! tried to locate a human to let them know , but not one in sight !

When my husband went to pick up his prescription, another customer was impatient and stood with my husband at the area where the pharmacy technician was getting his prescription! He asked the man to move but he didn't, and the pharmacy technician said nothing! They should be trained to deal with these situations.

This is the worst experience I ever had. I just went to take a photo for my passport and a man came to take the photo for me without any expression or words. While I was congratulating myself on the efficiency, I went back to my car and wanted to see the effect of the photos, and you would never guess that the photos were foggy, and I kept my photos. If I don't get it right, the CVS staff can always let me take another shot, and I'd be happy to cooperate. The only thing I can think of is that I'm taking up his time. I was so angry that I took it back and asked other staff, do you think this photo can be used on the American passport? I was really angry.

I have one star because I at least have to choose one star. If I can have negative stars, I will. This store is messy! And the people work here both in the store and the pharmacy are Not professional! Slow bad service,always ask you to wait 15 min and more 15 min and again 15 min. The talk skinny thin hair girl in the pharmacy is annoying! This place deserves close and bankrupt

The self check out line seems to be working on and off. Most of the time, you might have 1 or 2 that is working properly. They got signs at most self checkouts at times saying the receipt doesn't print. It doesn't matter to me since I rather scan myself and make the payment and leave then deal with rude cashiers. If you go there enough times, it is easy to figure out who got the attitude. Yes, I understand customer service is hard. I have worked in customer service before. The cashiers that had been working there forever are the worst. They have a condescending tone when speaking to customers. Being nice to the customers doesn't hurt the business. The pharmacy staff at this location are nice and they don't have condescending tone toward customers. They don't have a self check out from their ends. They deal with long lines and a lot more questions compared to the front cashiers. To the front end cashiers (you know who you're) stop talking down to customers. You work there long enough to know better.

Pros- this CVS has a solid inventory and nice pharmacy.Cons- Outside of the store it is third world caliber conditions. Just absolutely filthy with cigarette butts everywhere, stained sidewalks, and trash cans overstuffed with garbage. The checkout area is a complete disaster, self checkouts never work, and despite a huge staff there is typically only one cashier dealing with a big line of customers. Impossible to get in and out quickly, always an ordeal/hassle.Bonus- If your looking for a quick trip to the hospital or morgue just walk through the parking lot--cars fly through at high speed, enter through exits, exit through entrances, and drive the wrong way despite large arrows that should help them know which direction to travel in.
