Honestly- I RARELY review anything and I have NEVER reviewed a CVS of all places!
But this CVS is just down right atrocious- I’ve gone back a couple times to “give it another chance”- but I’ve had maybe 2 decent experiences.
Their customer service and the way the supervisor speaks to their customers is just downright disrespectful. There are a couple other employees that are personable and kind- so I do feel bad that this is a blanket review… but the supervisor desperately needs to be retrained.
If you have an option for another CVS- definitely choose any other one…

Went in for a DOT Physical have had 4 done successfully before this. The “nurse” fresh out of Covid college told me I had to get a sleep apnea test done based on the size of my neck. If I had sleep apnea I would know it. This is a SCAM to get people to buy at home sleep apnea tests that CVS owns or owns stock in. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A DOT PHYSICAL!

5/5 star for the worker Jomana. I don’t know why that other review left a negative rating on such a queen. She is very helpful and always helps my dad whenever he goes there and is very patient due to him having slightly poor english. Any negative rating on Jomana gives very much hater, I suggest you change locations and stop coming back , and better yet spell names correctly! Keep up the good work Jomana. Alfred appreciates you!💕

Awesome experience. I was having a hard time with my CVS app (as it didn't take my coupon at the self-checkout) and Marielle (although she was busy working the register) still very nicely asked did I need help. I explained that I never got around to changing my phone number, and when she was done w/ her customer she went above and beyond to help me and knew exactly how to update my number (I have been to numerous CVS' and they either didn't know how, or didn't have the patience to deal with me) Thank you Marielle, don't ever change your kind way ❤️ - this CVS also has a beautiful layout with plenty of room, and nice and tidy. I'll be back.

I wish I could give zero for this location! Every time Johanna works she acts like I am bothering her! Are you being forced to work? I have never gotten great customer service from her? Why work in customer service if you hate dealing with people! Johanna please consider working some where that fulfills your spirit! Your energy is terrible and you are extremely unprofessional! If you do not want to work please stay home! You make faces as if you’re irritated, your body language, and the way you address me is just completely off! You are extremely disconnected! No one needs your horrible customer service! I see why this location has a low rating! Use self check out at this location and if there is an issue request a professional manager for assistance if they have one! Better yet, find a better location! The energy here is a nightmare!

CVS had asked me to write a review about them. Well I had a 30% off coupon that I had to use today December 18 one week before Christmas and I live a mile away from a 24 hour CVS so I went there at 4:30 AM and the customer service rep was really nice and accommodating, so I would recommend CVS to anyone and sign up for their promotions because the coupons really do help in this economy

Literally the worst team of pharmacists ever! They ALWAYS are screwing up or having a problem with my medication! 90% of them have a miserable attitude and act like they are working at a collections call center. When you're trying to figure out "what's wrong" when they screw up, they basically don't say anything and just mumble under their breath. I've literally seen more professional people at McDonald's!!! No joke! They don't care about the people AT ALL. There's maybe 1 or 2 people there that actually are nice and do their job - and so many pharmacists there leave because how toxic these people are, so CVS always recruits new ones. I highly do not reccomend this pharmacy. How do you mess my prescriptions up pretty much EVERY TIME? So many times they've told me and acted upon wrong information that has cost me days worth of my meds. I'm moving to a different pharmacy

The minute clinic is full of it. Trust the low ratings if your going into law enforcement or civil service do NOT go here. They will refuse service for made up reasons. Go to AFC Urgent Care Brookline instead. Bring your paperwork.

This is the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. The past three months my doctor has called in a prescription for me and there was a problem every time. The last time, my doctor faxed it in 10 days early just to make sure they got the medication on time. I called them to make sure it was received on a Monday. The woman I spoke with said yes, they had it and the medication would by delivered by Wednesday and I would get a call. Wednesday comes and goes, no call, Thursday comes and goes, no call. Friday I call them and they tell me they didn't fill the script because the doctor didn't sign the prescription. First off, the law doesn't require a wet ink signature for this particular medication and second, why didn't they tell me that when I called them on Monday or at any point after that? The staff is not trained properly and are incompetent. I had to have the script filled at a different pharmacy for the second month in a row because this place is the absolute worst. It's horrifying to think people like this handle your meds.

Try to call from the pharmacy for a patient and the phone just hangs up. Talk about a joke of a pharmacy. Personally id never go to one of these corporate scum bags. disgrace of a company. find an independent pharmacy, much better
