One of the worst pharmacy’s to go to . I’m here at 8:45 am on a Monday Morninv waiting to get my clients meds and that they need and it says on the site it’s open but it’s closed and the guy is just inside working on his computer almost like he’s catching up on the days work and not dealing with the customers ! It’s appalling how the staff treat people

This is specific to the pharmacy. It lacks staffing, the wait times are forever and day, whether in person or on the phone (waited 28 minutes on hold) while in line in person to try to cut down on time. The customer service at the pharmacy is atrocious, they lack people skills. This could be due to the short staffing but honestly I am not sure that will change their soft skills. There is one person who is pleasant and apologetic but the others are just too busy to care, they never say hello, its name, date of birth and sorry its not ready please have a seat for 20 plus minutes, this is after receiving a text alert saying the RX is ready. I have given the pharmacy several opportunities to make it right, to date it has not happened. I changed over to Walgreens where they greet you, call your physician without having to be asked and how who you are when you arrive. Maybe, just maybe CVS will take a page out of the Walgreens playbook. The comment won't let you post unless you give at least a start, I would have given 1/2 if it was an option. The store itself is wonderful, courteous and always willing to help. Love the upfront staff, I make it my go to for as many things as possible, other than the pharmacy as of recent.

AWFUL! HORRIBLE pharmacy & customer service. Worst CVS in the country! I had a knee replacement a few weeks ago & can't drive yet so someone has to pick up my scripts. I have called 5 times in the last 3 weeks & waited no less than 14 minutes just to get a person EVERY TIME! I just hung up after 22 minutes! Then I called twice to get the main store to see if there was anyone in the pharmacy. It just rings & rings. My blood is boiling right now I'm so annoyed. This happens all the time. And they aren't even nice when you finally do reach someone! No wonder they keep sending me 32% off coupons. They can keep their coupons & use the money to hire someone ti actually answer the phone.

Went to the Minute Clinic in North Quincy and did a drive-thru Covid test in order to have surgery on a Saturday with the promised results within a day or two. It apparently was never picked up on Saturday as promised and here it is Monday, I just got a message saying I will "know within 1 or 2 days." Now, CVS has ruined the possibility of having my surgery tomorrow. DO NOT GO TO THIS INCOMPETENT CVS.

Even on being time before the pharmacy closing time, the pharmacist lady was very rude. She wasn’t willing to help on the prescription, it was just a pick up for which I had all the proof to show as in message for pick up, still she insisted that I need to call and get it refilled whereas I’m not authorized for asking auto refill, this was prescribed by doctor and I was there just to pick up. She literally closed the shutter while taking to us that we need to come tomorrow, so much in rush to leave, even though I was before closing time.

This truly is some of the rudest and most hurtful, heartless pharmacy staff I’ve ever met. I came to the pharmacy at about 1:20 not knowing they closed at the random time of 1:30-2:00pm. Regardless, I was there ten minutes early. I picked up a different prescription 3 days ago and they had my insurance. The pharmacy worker was saying my insurance wasn’t on file. I was just there so I was lost how that was possible but pulled out my insurance card. Between the line and me getting there, it was now 1:30 on the dot and she said “you have to come back at 2 then if you want me to add your insurance we’re closed now”. I responded that I had just picked up a prescription 3 days ago and they had it. She then in front of me ROLLS HER EYES and says to another gentlemen “she’s just going back and forth with me” after my one sentence. The guy just looks at me and goes “2 pm” and says nothing else. I literally can’t come back and am in terrible pain from an infection. Ironically they were fine with me paying out of pocket but unwilling to input my insurance. It was the rudest interaction I’ve ever seen and I left feeling subhuman. I imagine they’d never want their family or friends treated the rude way they treated me. Absolutely shame on staff here.

Went in for medicine and the guy at the pharmacy desk asked why I needed to take a specific medication. He asked me what condition I had. Excuse me? You’re not my doctor. I generalized my reply to say “I have a pre-existing condition” and he laughed in my face. I was so insulted I left and transferred my prescription to a different CVS. This is unacceptable behavior from staff to a customer; I’m not just a patient I’m a human being. I’m reading all the other reviews people left about this pharmacy and I believe everyone’s negative experience wholeheartedly. If CVS management doesn’t investigate and fire their awful and mean staff, I will not only boycott the company but sell my stock in the business as well. I will report this to corporate as well.

I would rate 0 if I can. Worst pharmacy ever!!!Alex is so rude and bad attitude. He told me to come back in 3 hours for my prescription, and when I showed up nothing is ready, I ended up waiting in line for another hour. I mean seriously???My time is also valuable. He doesn’t care about you all at. Never again!!!

I ordered a photo and was told to come back in 5-9 days. 6 days later, I went back to the same person who told me to come back they stated "oh we don't do those types of photos here .. sorry?". How can I order a product on CVS photos kiosk and they no longer offer the service for that particular size of photo?
