Their selection gets more pathetic by the day, and they close a lot for no reason. Maybe they're rehearsing to go out of business? It appears more of a tax shelter than a for-profit enterprise, especially now that pretty much no one goes in there except the staff, and they hide a lot. A shoplifter's paradise, if anything in there was worth a cent.

Usually have a positive experience in this store, until this evening. I paid for my items with cash, the female cashier processed my payment, and then told me she didn’t have change in the register. I told her I could make the payment with my credit card; however, she said she didn’t know how to change the payment method. I was overcharged because there was no change and her lack of knowledge of how to use the technology. Less than impressed.

This store is going from bad to worse…empty shelves, items broken all overall, parts missing, the line is unbelievable, there is always 1 register only open,there is always unopened boxes all over,today there were a cleaning bucket on the middle of the store(the cashier was telling the other staff about it she reply:I left it there since yesterday)the cashier the staff needs costumer service training asap…I am sad to see this store going down the hill so fast…they dont even care to clean up a product from a bottle that felt from a customer in line that other customer had to pull something in it and let people know to not fall while workers care less! But to yell at me and argue with me about me asking for help she had time to come out from the little room to do instead of helping the only cashier and because she is the “manager” she can’t help but she can yell at the customers at the end letting me know it is good I am calling the cooperate to complain because there is nothing they will do! The lack of respect to customers is unbelievable! That store was one of the best unfortunately last couple years it’s becoming the jungle store!

clean store and the employees here are very friendly and helpful.They also have lots of items in stock at the moment. The store is well kept and the lines moves fast compare to other dollar trees .
There is plenty of parking spaces outside as well. This is a great little place for things like party decorations, helium balloons, etc for just $1.25, holiday items and much more

The store closes at 9p. Got here at 8:49p. As I get out my car one of the associates is standing by the door and makes a hand gesture signaling they were closed but then lets a guy casually walk in immediately after. Must've been one of his friends...

The Milford DT was my favorite store. It was clean organized and very friend service people. I don' find that at many other DT store manager are not team players they don't jump in and help out their cashiers. I'm happy that I have found the DT in Quincy it's a nice well run store. ~Fran C
