Got referred here from my regular mechanic, my car had exhaust leak. Instead of replacing the whole exhaust system, they somehow were able to just replace the leaky section, saving me quite a bit of money. Plus they took my car immediately, with no appointment necessary, explained exactly the problem and what they could do and how much it would cost. SO EASY and FAST I almost couldn't believe it. Excellent experience all around, from reception to checkout. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Five Hearts!

This place is great. My car is about 15 years old and it's sounding better than it has in a long time after a trip here. The price was reasonable and they had friendly staff.

Poor customer service. Turned me away promptly after being referred there by Brilliant Tire in Dorchester. Drove down there just to be turned away. Don’t work weekends which seems to be the trend for a lot of mechanics these days. Not occasionally or anything.Didn’t offer me a time slot. Just to check back after 3pm.They don’t seem to be interested in being kind or helpful. Just straight business like.Receptionist was a bit rude

Came here because I was told I had a muffler problem left here with the same noise coming from my car and $500 less out my pocket. No sure if I would recommend this place especially not knowing exactly what is needed they pin pointed a bunch of other things that was not my main concern or reason for coming in. wasted 500 definitely did not have to spend that today overall disappointed they all seem like good people but i wish they told me they aren’t the right people to fix the noise coming from my car if that wasn’t caused from a muffler

The dealer actually sent me here saying they could do the work far cheaper. My car sounds quieter than I ever remember! Courteous and fast. I would definitely go back.

This place was awesome! Most mechanics don’t have a lift for our ford e350 or they don’t work on anything as old as ours (1994) but when our exhaust totally dropped and fell apart, these guys took a look and got a ton of problems fixed within a couple of hours and charged us a super fair price. I was so afraid I was going to be paying LOTS of money to get my muffler fixed. Jen, at the front desk, was very friendly when I dropped off my LOUD car. Chris called me a little later and told me what I wanted to hear! He could fix it and the cost would be reasonable. The entire time I was worried about the cost. Great exhaust shop - walk in only. Speedy installation. They don't do valvetronic wiring for exhausts, which they did not let me know until after the install. Bummer - have to go to a second shop for that.

Super happy with my experience! Another auto body shop recommended Eco Muffler to me. I dropped my car off and a few hours later got a call with a quote and just a few hours after that my car was ready for pick up. Price was reasonable and all staff were very pleasant. Will definitely go back if I need service again!
