The trio of employees that I had the privilege of working with at this location were outstanding. I understand that most businesses are struggling with understaffing, however, the people that mind the store and make sure things run smoothly are fantastic. I rented a Subaru Legacy with just over 2k miles-gorgeous ride, smooth and worth every penny. Thank you to the staff and a great experience renting a car for Christmas outlet shopping. 10/10

The entire staff at Enterprise Rent A Car on Adams St , Quincy Ma are excellent and so easy to work with. They called me the day before to confirm my reservation. Picking up the car the next day was a breeze. The car was ready when I arrived . Paperwork was process quickly. A quick walk around of the vehicle took place and off we went. They e-mailed me the rental agreement. When I returned the car they called the next day to make certain I was happy with the rental . Fantastic customer service at this location every time I rent from them .

This is a company that engages in fraud. Although I paid a price for it today and suffered a loss, I want more people to see this, especially us Chinese people and we must take a warning! The whole story is :on November 9th, I called this car rental company to make an appointment for my husband to rent a car. (Because my husband doesn’t speak English) On the phone, I was been told that the car rental fee of 30 dollars per day should be covered by the insurance company. , but their company currently does not have a car that costs less than 30 dollars a day. I still need to pay couple dollars a day. I can understand this and did not mention anything else, so I made an appointment for my husband to pick up the car at 1 o'clock that day! After returning the car yesterday, I been told this morning that I needed to pay a fee of US$588. They told me, my husband signed some kind of protection agreement and that I needed to pay additional fees. My husband didn't know what was going on?My husband doesn’t know anything about that ,he said the guy let him to sign a lot of contracts without saying anything. He thought that was all documents for renting a car, so he signed and picked up the car. He didn’t know he needed to paid for other fees . I just want to tell everyone that this is a kind of fraud. Bullying Chinese people who don't know English without knowing it is a deceptive method. Everyone should pay special attention when renting a car from this company‼ ️The behavior of the male was deception and fraud. This morning the manager of their company gave me a discount and l paid for 400 US dollars, I appreciate the manager , but I still want to share this things with everyone. Everyone must pay more attention when signing the agreement. Notice! ️Especially us Chinese, don’t be fooled! bullying Chinese people who don't know English and using such inferior means to make money. It's simply shameful!

Kylie and Nick at the Quincy adams street branch are amazing. They always make sure the customer is satisfied and are extremely professional. I wouldn't rent a car from any other company due to the customer service of this branch and Kylie/Nick specifically!

Horrendous service. Had a reservation weeks ago. When I arrived they had no car ready for me for another 4 hours. They never contacted me via email or phone. 5 people working in the office and no attempted contact. Never going back.

Giving it 1 star because the employees were very friendly. Inventory/car options were terrible. I drive a 2023 Elantra that was at the shop so Enterprise tried matching me with a car of similar size. First car they gave me was a beat up Toyota Corolla that showed maintenance was needed on the panel. I asked for a different car which the nice customer service person helped me with, however the second car was also an old version of a Nissan and it had stained seats all over, smelled bad, and also showed maintenance was needed. I recommend reserving a car in advance if you’re planning to go here. Whoever runs this place needs to invest in better inventory!

My father in law's car was damaged in a parking lot and he had to use a rental car from this location. He had to return this car back on Wednesday and he forgot his wallet in the car. The next early morning,he realized that he left the wallet there and he went to this location to ask them. They said they have not found any wallet and they do check the car before they give it to the next costumer and everything they find,it will go under "lost and found items" After a lot of phone calls,they keep saying that they have not found anything and that they are not responsible for any personal belongings! He had to go to the hospital for a heart procedure with all the STRESS and without his MEDICAL INSSURANCE CARD Later that day, my brother in law ,went there and asked them for the manager and that if they don't give his father the wallet back,he will have to call the police to investigate because this is a personal item and except of the stress it was caused to his father, this situation made him feel disappointed and discriminated from a unrensponsible business like Enterprise! Guess what? The "disappeared wallet" was returned back today. SHAME on whoever took something that's not theirs! Very disappointed!

Rented a vehicle from the Quincy, Adams Street location. Kylie and her staff were amazing. They were so helpful. They provided me with a clean car in a very prompt manner. They answered all my questions. I would absolutely rent here again and highly recommend anyone looking for a rental to visit Kylie and her team @ Adams Street Quincy.

Booked a reservation and when we went to pick it up, were told they are sold out. No phone call or email to let us know this ahead of time. Huge inconvenience and waste of time. Could have modified my reservation ahead of time if we were notified. Receptionist laughed and customer service line no help. Go to Budget in Braintree instead.

People at the 500 Adam's st in Quincy treated me great. Both before and after the rental. Car was ok. My only gripe is it was pretty dirty. Especially the windows. I had to clean them inside and out to be able to see. ! Otherwise all was great with the rental and the price was a good price.
